Great location for La Spezia and Cinque terre. The staff were really helpful with local recommendations etc. the apartment was really lovely with high ceilings and really nice fixtures and fittings. Our host was great with communication and I would highly recommend.

Please be aware that the clasic double room (not standard room, not king/superior room) does not show accurate photos of the bathroom. The bathroom is way smaller than in photos, the shower is smaller and also the sink is very very small, not even space to deposit the hand soap ( see photos of the real bathroom). When I contacted the property with this matter, they gaslighted me telling me that I have booked a classic and those photos are for superior room, even though they have uploaded inaccurate photos for the room.

Bathroom is a bit small - especially lavabo. Also night tables look very fancy but too small, I could not put anything, like my phone, on it, especially a big light lamp on it. But every considered, we were very satisfied.

Super clean. Perfect location - closed to everything, port, bus station, restaurants, cafe.... The front desk is closed between 12 to 4pm but Michela explained it beforehand and there was no problem. She was exptremely efficient in giving us information we needed.

Soundproofing, but the other visitors were calm and quiet so there was no problem. We didn't know how to turn the towel warmer-thing off so it was kind of warm in the bathroom all the time, but we didn't mind

Location was perfect, the lady at the reception was so nice and spoke a little bit of our language! Rooms are new, clean and very modern, no complaints. Air condition worked, there was a mini fridge and some coffee for us which was very nice. Would recommend!

I acknowledge it is a room system, rather than normal 7/24 hotel service. It could have been better if there is a luggage storage option.

The rooms are big, modern, fresh. The location is great; walking distance to everywhere. The staff is amazing, so helpful. I definitely recommend. If I come to La Spezia again, I would stay here. I was concerned if I hear the noises from other rooms, but the isolation is so good. The photos are accurate.

Honestly, I cannot fault them on anything. It's a central place so you can easily reach pharmacies, restaurants, the metro etc.

The staff were professional and friendly. I think we were welcomed by Michela, if my memory serves me right. She was an exceptional receptionist! Always happy to help. She even gave us a rundown of how we would need to access the ferries to go to Portofino and The Cinque Terre. At the end, she even greeted us in Afrikaans. (I am South African) I was really impressed. It's the little things that can make a stay wonderful! All of our needs were met in terms of the look and feel of the accommodation. The rooms were cleaned every day. Definitely a place I already miss and will return to if I travel to Italy again.

The apartments are on the 3rd floor of an apartment block. The front door from the pavement is shared for the whole block and not an obvious find with just a small sign on the door plate. The shared lobby and stairs were quite tired and scruffy but once through the apartments’ reception door it was lovely inside

Apartment was in a good location and Mikeala on reception was so lovely and very helpful for any local information. Rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean with maid service, very central to amazing restaurants (Cafe Giobatta, excellent home made pasta dishes and cakes) and the ferry service to Cinque Terre

It was 2 twin beds put together rather than a double bed in our room. Also, about 20 minute walk from the train station.

Luxurious feel to the room with top-notch feel to the shower, very clean and host was friendly and she was able to supply complimentary coffee for the coffe machine in the room whenever we wanted.

The room was a bit dark as the window had no view except for another building which was very close.

Michela was so warm and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you. The room including the bathroom were excellent and everything was very clean. It was close to the ferries, cafes, Restaurants and shops. A bit of a walk to the train station but manageable.
