It was a quieter time while we were there as it was off season, and some of the shops and restaurants were closed during our stay. The upside was it wasn’t crowded!

The location was perfect, we walked out the door to delicious restaurants in the evening, to a cafe for our cappuccino in the morning and the beach and other sights were right there in the heart of the beautiful old town.

There was nothing we didn't like. We even got used to the stair climb!

We were warmly welcomed by Stefania on arrival, who offered some great insights about other villages and areas to visit as well as restaurant information. It was great to have our own private space in such a lovely, bright, and airy apartment. We loved the layout, decor, and home furnishings, which made the apartment instantly feel homely and comfortable. The small balcony was a real plus for chill time, and we enjoyed sitting out after long days exploring. We were unbelievably close to everything and could not have asked for better accommodation. Thank you, Stefania. It was really wonderful to meet you and to stay in such a cool place.

The first morning we were there the people below us woke us up around 5am. I’m not sure if it was a kitchen or food facility but it was early and unexpected! That is my only complaint.

The location was perfect and the host was very nice and attentive. It fit our family of 6 nicely. The wash machine was a bonus. The vibe was relaxing, inviting and authentic! We would 100% recommend!

It does get noisy in the morning as the town/restaurants start their day. But remember, they are starting their day early, so you can enjoy yours!

The pictures and description are exactly what is being offered. A beautiful and perfectly located appartment, with a small and lovely terrace to enjoy the hussle and bussle of the morning hour. Location is a brief stroll to a beautiful area where one can find great restaurants and access the nearby beach. Upon our early arrival, I contacted the host throught the app. He was very responsive and accommodating. He met up with us and got us settled in, which was very much appreciated. Overall an excellent stay and having a responsive host felt like having a friend in a foreign country. GRAZIE!

I would recommend arriving during day light. Trying to navigate old town at night for the first time was a challenge (travel tip more than feedback on our stay). The only con would be the scent from the fish market downstairs, however keeping the kitchen window closed helped with that. After the first day, I didn't really notice it.

The location was amazing. Stefania was kind, welcoming and responsive. My husband and I loved relaxing on the balcony at night enjoying the view and the scenery. The apartment was spacious and comforatable for our family of 4. Initially, I was worried that no AC would be uncomfortable, but the sea breeze and fans were enough to keep us comfortable. This place is a unique find. I only wish we had planned to stay longer- I should have cut out our trip to Rome to extend our stay. We loved walking the village in the morning for coffee and pastry. I would recommend the hike to Vernazza, but be prepared for half day or more trip. We did this hike in the rain (drizzle) and had the trail all to ourselves. It was beautiful.

the location was absolutely ideal to experience the area. The bright an cheery decor was such a nice complement to the town itself. the hosts went above and beyond to meet us and even brought extra espresso for the well stocked kitchen.

Being in town you get some people-on-the-street noise which, after all, is part of the ambiance and why you travel. There weren't a lot of livingroom chairs but a sofa, TV with cable.

The location in the old town is perfect, just off the piazza where the seaside sidewalk empties into old town, near many, many places to eat and shop. Altho it required a bit of stair climbing, the place is secure (several locks), spacious, nice hot water, clothes washer, kitchen and bath. Even a tiny balcony. Two bedrooms.

If you plan on sleeping in pack earbuds because the church wakes up the neighborhood at 0730 and there's bustling at the local eateries early.

A very comfortable bright apartment with a street balcony. Situated in the town centre close to the sea, possible to walk there in swimwear. The proprietor met us at 2am to give us the keys to apartment, great service and kindness!

Very central location in the old town of Monterosso, comfortable apartment, tastefully decorated by the owner in a maritime style, very good equipment, even ittle things like cereal bars, fruit, shampoo available. Organization very uncomplicated and welcoming.

If I had one complaint it would be the noise in the early mornings, but that is typical of a small village like this. So not worth complaining about. The great things about this place far outweigh the bad.

We loved the flat! We were a family of 5 and we had enough room. The terrace was perfect to enjoy morning coffee and wine in the evening. Stefania was amazing and so helpful! She even let us store our luggage so that we could explore before our flat was ready. I wish that we could have stayed longer! Added bonus, beach is super close and shops/restaurants were all super close!
