We had an amazing stay here with Mario and Marco and they were so welcoming! Everything was spotless and we had the best night sleep in our whole Sicily trip. The breakfast was a bonus surprise and we always felt so looked after.

The noise from the reggaeton parties that happen every day are soooo loud that feels impossible to sleep. It is not a general thing though for all rooms in the hostel just ours that was up from the main road

The owner Is an amazing person! The breakfast is sooo huge with everything you can imagine from fruit prosciutto peanut butter chocolate everything you can imagine! The room was cosy kinda old though

Nothing. Everything was great. One of the best hostel experiences for me.

There were only two of us in the room. My bed was really big and comfortable. We got lockers with a key for no extra payment. There was a lot of space for the luggage. Entire place was very clean. Shower was good, no issues with temperature or water pressure. Wifi worked very well. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre next to the most beautiful and touristy street. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The street downstairs is a bit of noisy in the evening, but the hosts will provide earplugs if you need.

The hosts are really nice and warm! Room and public facilities are very clean. The breakfast prepared is great. Location is convenient, just next to the main street. Also great vibe.

Extremely loud outside (car horns, music, nightclub?). Towel rental is €2. Entrance is very hard to see. It's just a big old (locked) door. There is a buzzer that says Via Zara Hostel, but no one was on site to answer, so I had to call and wait about 10mins.

Convenient location to train station, centre, good restaurants. Very friendly staff. Guests were lovely.

Too much noise from outside, because it’s in the main street. Bed was hard, and not comfy.

The woman was super nice and kind, and show the room and the place generally. The location was perfect, it’s in the center. Everything was clean and tidy, I loved the general vibe . Perfect for this price.

Really nice clean rooms, The most central perfect location, 10 mins walk to station, 10 mins to Ballarò market, 10 mins to the harbour, 10 mins to the Teatro Politeama. But most importantly the loveliest, most welcoming and accommodating staff! I had to change dates multiple times and they always made space for my request with kindness. Would definitely recommend! (Note: remember to bring your own towel) (Note: the breakfast is not always available)

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were met on arrival and after settling in 1 staff member showed us where the free parking was, and actually gave us his space. The room was overlooking Via Roma, which was very lively, easily within walking distance of tourist areas, bars and restaurants.
