Beautiful decor & the staff were super helpful & lovely!! Especially Melissa and Roberta . Its a charming boutique hotel with premium customer service which makes your stay much more special. I cant recommend this place enough

Although it was very quiet at night, during the morning and day it was quite loud. Because the bottom floor is open to the top floor, you can hear everything going on in the hotel. The doors also open and close loudly. If you are a light sleeper, you will be up at 8am and it is difficult to catch a nap during the day. Investing in doors that do a better job of blocking out the sound and also close quietly would be a huge plus for this hotel.

The staff and the design of the hotel were impeccable. The room was beautiful and unique. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast with Melissa was amazing. It is an amazing place.

my room only had a skylight window so there was not much natural light. however it was raining during my visit so there wasn't going to be much natural light anyway

I loved Vico Milano and will definitely stay there again (have already recommended it to friends). Everything was impeccable: the design, the location, the staff. Felt so welcomed by the friendly and stylish employees Luciano, Alice, and Marissa. The bed was so comfortable that I actually lifted the sheet to see the make of the mattress. Of course, just my luck: Luciano told me they are custom Italian-made for the hotel. Guess I'll just have to return to Vico to get that sleep again. And that breakfast. Do yourself a favor and get the chocolate granola. Loved the Dyson hairdryers in the bathroom too. Chef's kiss.

Lots of stairs, not bad if you're young and fit. Slightly dangerous entrance door from street for tall people.

This Boutique Hotel has only 7 similar beautiful rooms which makes this perfect for those who like to be personally treated with the highest service level possible. You really feel that the hotel Mgr Luciano, concierge and whole staff do their outmost and walk the extra mile for you to have a pleasant stay what ever challenge you might bring to them. Location is excellent with walking distance to the Dome, shopping and most attractions. The Breakfast was excellent with options from a menu. Before dinner we visited the bar where Malek serves wonderful drinks. This is definatly a Hotel we will return to when we visit Milano again.

The property is in a strategic area 20 mins walking distance from the Duomo. Stylish, well furnished, with the staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel at home, away from home. The suites are not really suites… because they are rather small but the bed is super comfortable and everything is impeccable. We will definitely go back!

Breakfast was very simple and NO eggs offered. If you stay three nights like us,it gets very repetitive. No variety, particularly the cheese/ham selection is very intense in the morning. For this price in a boutique hotel, i would expect a higher Standard breakfast.

What's not to like?

Chic, well designed boutique hotel midway between Duomo and Navigli. Excellent attention to detail and overseen by the always attentive Luciano. Great breakfast and nightly aperitivo. A touch of luxury at the end of a special trip.

The only complaint I would have is the gym. There is a treadmill, an exercycle and a few free weights, but nothing substantial if you're hoping to not skip any gym days.

The staff at Vico Milano are amazing. Always there to great you with a smile and ask if there is anything they can help you with. Luciano was great, and fun to talk with, always pleasant and full of helpful information, a true champion of Milano. Melissa was great when serving breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have thoughtful amenities including motorized black out shades. The beds were really really comfortable. Often when going into our rooms after a few minutes you would forget you're in the middle of a bustling city. The location is great, just far enough away from the big tourist areas, but an easy walk or quick tram ride. The next time we are in Milano, this is where we will stay.

Beautifully decorated. Staff is so friendly. Room is quiet and good sunscreens and airconditioning. Room is comfortable. Nice breakfast. Location is super. Nearby center and safe street. We used Uber for transport but there is lots of public transport closeby.

Thought there could have been more space to have open bags near the entrance of the room, as it currently is we had to use the floor, also there wa no space for this upstairs and would have been awkward carrying bags up there. I think the room could have been darker and moodier with better lighting as there are only skylights. Also would have been great with an outside area; speaking with the owner's this was in the works. would stay there again.

Staff were amazing, was lovely meeting the owners as well. The place has been fitted out really nicely and its tucked away at the back of a very cute building
