Location was not in keeping with hotel, with very little around the hotel. A good a 45 min walk into town with only a few bars and restaurants along the way.

Staff were warm, welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Super clean with everything you need.

Reported water leaking onto floor from shower on the Thursday, that's probably why the wood on the door panelling is rotting away and hairdryer didn't work. Still not fixed on leaving (room 232). Pool attendant didn't do much, husband had to carry different sunbed up to the grass and had to put parasol up himself. Breakfast: no large spoons for cereal and lots of guest's were eating cereal with a teaspoon you had to ask for one. Hot food wasn't hot but on the whole breakfast was good with plenty choice

Room size was excellent as was the half circle balcony. Swimming pool was excellent. Courtyard was very peaceful. Restaurant and food was very good. Staff were pleasant.

The staff didn’t care about the fact that some clients disturbed the others in the pool. Instead of swimming pool it was more an aquasplash, and toddlers realm. Not zen at all. When you have a full capacity, you do a schedule for pool usage. We could not use the pool because of some disinhibited teenagers. Bad location if you want a beach at a reasonable walking distance.

We were only provided 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, other hotels at a lower cost provided water, beer and soft drinks everyday in the fridge.

A really nice hotel, great facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice size room. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was great, almost too good!!

breakfast was ok. It could have a bit more variety. We had one dinner there and it was not pleasant at all. The water pressure in the shower was perfect but it only went down slowly. Ordering a taxi is always a bit of mission. It seems like the hotel only works with one specific driver. hence it takes a while and guests are put together in a taxi, although the amount per person does not change.

easy Check in and friendly staff. The pool was great after a long day in the heat and beach. The standard room had everything we needed and in a quiet area.

The affiliated beach club was lovely but it would have been nice if the hotel offered a compimentary shuttle bus to the location which was approx 2km from the hotel. We took a taxi on the first morning so we knew where we were going and after that just walked to and from the beach - but a bus would have been much appreciated!.

The staff were all lovely - very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very elegant and and felt special. The restaurant was also excellent and very good value.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. First and foremost the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the reception staff, to the morning buffet staff, to the maintenance /pool man, to the guy that runs the gym, to the cleaning staff, they are every one of them a credit to this hotel and maintained the warmest welcome and highest standards throughout our stay, all I can say to them is bravo. The facilities of the hotel are top class, the pool are and pool itself is immaculate a good size, they gym facilities are also very impressive and we made good use of them several times during the trip. The hotel itself is very modern and tastefully decorated and the rooms are ample and beds comfortable. The breakfast every morning is always excellent and the staff were always on hand to assist or provide me an extra cappuccino which were always on point. This hotel has exceptional standards and represents excellent value for money. We were really impressed by everything it had to offer and would highly recommend staying here. Congrats to them on running such an excellent show

There was a horrible mold and fungus on kitchen wall (see pic). Very smelly and - what's worst - carcinogenic. Reported to two staff members on very first night, but service done nothing with it. It's a shame, because apart from this, all place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was heavily overpriced - some pastry, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon for 15 e pp.

Spacious apartment, all fairly new and unused. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchenette. We got additional electric kettle and blanket on request - helpful staff (with exception below)

I recommend that the bills to be signed by the bar or restaurant guests, in order to have a better control about what everybody is consuming. We had a situation, resolved in the end without problems, but this can happen.

Good breakfast, italian style. Good fruits. The kids very much appreciated the pool when we returned from the beach. Elegant Spa area. Free and enough parking spaces.

The hotel is in a very unpleasant street, full of rubbish on the sidewalk, cigarettes, plastic and beer bottles. When we checked in we were informed that the booking includes only 2 visits in the pool (a week stay) and we can use more but we need to inform the pool staff. There was no charge or enforcement but it didn't feel like a warm welcome so not clear why it is mentioned. The apartment is facing a parking lot and large garbage bins, not very nice atmosphere if you want to sit on the balcony to relax and quite smelly. The apartment didn't have soap for the dishes, hand soap in the bathroom. Not a short walk to city center especially if you're with small kids.

The room was spacious and clean The pool was very fun and relaxing, always a bed to lay on, it would be nice if they would add a few more umbrellas for sun protection. We found out there's no safe in the apartment but they immediately arranged us with a safe in the room.
