The room that we stayed in had very poor sound proofing and it felt like some is taling right next to you. The couple next door would not shut up and kept us up until 1pm

The loction and the facilities are exceptional. The staff was very friendly and hepful.

The only thing was the noise, the room was not very soundproof so you could hear your neighbours. The time schedule for the spa; The day we were there, when it opened at 11am, everything (sauna and steam room) was off and it took about 30 minutes for it to heat up.

We can’t get enough of the lake view, it was just stunning. The garden is full of different varieties of plants and it is so well maintained. The hot tubs outside were great and the room was spacious and so the shower. Nice touch about the bath robes and spa was extremely clean.

We were staying in the off season and when we went to use the hot tub it was off and not hot. I’m sure if we had told them more in advance about our plans they would have turned it on for us, but we were disappointed.

Gorgeous lake view property! The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The linens were great and the bathroom was very nice. The hosts were especially kind and made us breakfast go bags and take away coffee when we had to leave early for the airport!

Everything was exellent, location, view, a great and modern clean hotel ,very well equipped room. Most important. What a restaurant . from their garden straight to the dining table ,with roots of classic Italian cuisine. Thanks to Paula and the whole team. We will definitely come again.

I liked most of all personnel!!! all stuff were so kind and predictable. and also beautiful… amazing people, place, interior and service! besides all they help me twice: 1) to find my AirPods; 2) to spend hours before plane… I had early flight, so it’s not needed to book the room… and I spend hours till late night at their nice warm lobby😊

The floor in the spa is slippery when wet. Non-slip strips at the bottom of the stairs would be helpful.

The staff were all wonderful, especially Paula. Very pretty, relaxing setting. The on-site restaurant is excellent.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool though I believe there is a plan for one to be installed soon.

We started our visit soaking in the outdoor hot tubs that overlook the beautiful lake. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gorgeous flowers and trees, our stay was perfection.

The only complaint is the restaurant for dinners. The food is just not good. You must go elsewhere, but you can walk to Manu on the water, and it’s very good. Wine on terrace w/ the beautiful view is very nice.

Perfect place to stay. We were on our honeymoon in Vigna Caio. This is a new place on Bracciano map. The service was very nice and highly helpful. Lovely to stay, rest and have the best holiday memories.

A great welcime i was blessed with being mived to a lake view room. I ordered drinks and coffee very readonably priced. the quality of thecrooms is exceptional . this is as good if not better thsn il pelicano.. the food was fresh light and delicious . tje wines anazing as well if you wamt a holiday close to rome stay here. the viewd of tjr lake are stunning
