Very nice hotel, located in a small village close to Otranto. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpfull. Rooms are clean and breakfast is superb with home made pies as speciality.

Such a beautiful place in a quiet little village near the sea. The breakfast was a perfect start with good coffee, fresh fruit an cakes and everything else you could wish for. The rooms where quiet and beautiful. Just 10 min to 30 min away from the location by car are so many beautiful beaches and little towns by the sea. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice and really caring for their guests. We stayed 4 nights and it could have been longer! :)

The people that receive you is great. Ilaria and his husband always trying to make you feel good. They make such a difference because of this. The breakfast was perfect and the experience to overnight in a very little village was charming. At the beginning we book only one night but after our experience decided to spend there a second night and drive to our destinations. Very near everywhere.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy when in function but it worked well. I solved just pointing it a bit lower and then turn it off a pair hours before bedtime,

Fantastical small cottage with medium size pool, great breakfast and quiet sorroundings. 10-15 minutes car to Otranto and Porto Badisco, other beaches quite near. Really good value money for what you get. Staff really really kind! Will surely come back!

The big shower head was broken but was fixed as soon as possible. So also there service with a big S.

Very friendly hosts (warm welcome, great tips and suggestions for day trips and restaurants, foresaw something to eat when needed, present in case if questions....really great people) Location was top. Small town, two restaurants on walking distance, shop, pharmacy, ....) B&B itself very clean, great breakfast, nice swimming pool with plenty of place to sit/lay down.

Stepping into this oasis, we were immediately taken by the pool and landscaped gardens—a lovely refuge from the crowds we had experienced in other towns. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, while the historic building (a former bakery!) was grand. Room was small but perfect for what you need—beautifully styled and all the amenities. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them each day. They served a very generous buffet breakfast each morning, which we loved!

Breakfast was fabulous: fresh & varied: not only coffee or tea but also 3 fresh fruitjuices, delicious bread, ham, cheese several home made cakes, tomatoes with mozarella, cereals, yaourths... just name it ....it was there ! The management was just super helpful and advised us several places to visit, phoned for us to make reservations.... They speak Italian, English and French. Excellent WiFI, great swimming pool with poolchairs and beds in the sun. Very good beds, very clean rooms & bathroom, daily roomservice ! We spent 5 wonderful days and will go back there !

The room only had an open hanging space for clothes. It would have benefitted from a wardrobe and drawers to properly hang clothes and store other items.

Lovely place to stay. Immaculately clean and spacious accommodation with large pool in nicely shaded grounds. Great buffet breakfast that had enough to satisfy both Italian and northern European tastes. We had one of the ground floor rooms with a small terrace at the back which was a pleasant place to sit. Hotel run by a charming, helpful and super efficient couple who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide advice about the local area. The hotel is situated in a small town with a couple of restaurants (and a pizza cafe) within walking distance and only 15 mins drive to Otranto. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

A little noisy in the morning if you like to sleep in .

Beautiful B&B with very good service. Hospitality rate is outstanding thanks to iliana and her (I assume) husband. A very nice breakfast with a lot of choices. (Bread / pastries / dairy). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and garden area where you can chill during the day. Closeby Otranto by car and some beautiful spots by the sea.

A room without a balcony feels a bit uncomfortable. Not a feeling of holiday. The room has a window (with no view). The garden and pool were nice, but it feels a bit to clean/luxury for us. Bot a real Italian ambiance.
