The reception when we arrived was very friendly with a lot of good tips, the breakfast was super and the appartement looked fantastic and had great facilities. Also there was room to park our car and the metro station was at 10 minutes walk.

Was a little cold in the evenings. Would have been good to have extra rubbish bins for organic waste, recycling etc in the studio. With bike shop next door was a little noisy at times.

I liked that the accommodation was accessed for myself. It was secure and I felt safe. Good kitchen facilities in the studio. Nice to be able to play my own music on speaker. Comfortable bed.

Excellent premises. Quiet villa with huge beautiful garden, located just 5 metro stations away from Duomo. Perfect for a family or couple retreat, offering tranquility amidst the busy streets of Mailand. The owner is very friendly and helpful in every regard. We'll be coming back again soon!

Villa Aida was exceptional in many ways. Its big, clean, confortable and tasteful room and the amazing garden. The house has a positive aura. The most amazing part was Carla who is a very caring person and of course the dogs with which we became friend very soon.

A historical building with a beautiful interior design. The host was so kind that she knew it's our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of wine for celebration. We encountered a shower temperature problem in the evening and the host reinstalled a new boiler right in the next day.

The hostess Carla was fantastic! We were in the Deluxe appt which is worth the extra money you spend. It is a hidden gem in the outskirts of the city. Short walk to the closest Meteo station that takes you straight to Duomo square. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and croissants, cereal and green eggs! For people who want to stay longer there is a kitchen as well as laundry service. Ah I was going to forget the lovely Ugo! Well done!!

none..but l will not suggest the place for those who wanna visit the city more often and first time Milan visitors as its a little far from the center.. we stayed for a week to visit my son at Humanitas University.. we have been to Milan sooo many times that we dont go to the city center anymore, so the place was perfect for us as we have dogs as well.. its super nice..a villa in the city.

Very difficult to answer, as I can not honestly think of anything. I was more than happy.

It was very quite, the facilities were good. Carla was the perfect host, and provided all the extra things that you may have forgotten. Carla never set any restrictions on us. Yes I would stay at Villa Adia again.

The villa is not in the city center nor very near the metro station, though the route is easy. To get inside and out of villa needed three or four keys depending if the front gate was open.

The villa is very unique and beautiful. The apartment was big and had nice atmosphere. The bed was big and comfortable. It was luxurious to have breakfast delivered to the room.

Carla was so helpful- a true gem! I adored the historic apartment and beautiful garden setting amidst an urban Milan! 😍 The facilities were comfortable and lovely! We stumbled upon this haven when our initial reservation elsewhere did not work out. Plan B turned out infinity better than Plan A! On our next trip to Milan, Villa Aida will be our Plan A.

on the end there was a parking fee which was not explained, just at check out it was brought to my attention that there was a parking fee.

I am a single lady in my 60s and found it an effort to get from Central Station to the studio via the metro (especially with my luggage) and then down a few different blocks to reach the destination in an industrial area. Thank goodness for Google Maps. Brenta is not the best locality to be walking around at 10:00pm to get home.

Carla was lovely and a good host. The property is attractive and provides all the amenitities needed as a self contained studio with a pretty garden outside the apartment.
