We spent fantastic days at the hotel. A four-star hotel with five-star service. Amazing view, spacious nicely furnished, very clean room. Large balcony. The breakfast is excellent. The pool area is clean, calm and located in an authentic environment. The location is excellent, the shuttle service works very well. The staff is always very kind and customer-oriented. All our unique requests were fulfilled.

THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF ! Literally from when we arrived to when we left , they couldn’t of been more helpful . Ada on the desk is lovely and always smiling. I asked the waiter for a 0% alc beer , they didn’t have any but offered to get it in for me . Beautiful Sicilian hotel with fantastic views . Clean room and pool area .

I genuinely could not fault Villa Angela .

The views from the hotel were stunning every balcony has a view of Mount Etna and the coast. As the hotel is up a hill you are away from busy Taormina but access to the many restaurants and attractions of the town is easy with the efficiently run shuttle bus from the hotel. A plentiful and good quality breakfast is served every morning by incredibly lovely staff . Light lunches are also served .

The swimming pool is deep and dangerous for small children without an adult beside them.

The hotel is in a great location with a stunning and fantastic view. The rooms are very comfortable, clean with large balconies with an amazing view of Etna and the sea. The staff is excellent, very kind, helpful, always smiling, true professionals. They answer all questions and assist in the slightest need. Antonio is great. Thank you all! Drinks and food are delicious, varied and satisfying. I liked the swimming pool. The transfer to and from the center is excellently organized and on time. The driver is also kind. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is not very close to the sea but it is clear that this can't be easily changed. You just can't get the view from above and the sea at the same time. :-)

The hotel is located on a beautiful location, just 10min driving from the highway. There is a very nice parking area where you can park your car (very important in Taormina). The view is just stunning, staff was excellent and constantly very professional. Loved the swimming pool. Definitively I would / will stay again in this hotel.

We enjoyed very much the food served in the hotel. If dinners would be served as well, we will probably never leave the premises :)

W spent about 10 days in the Villa Angela Hotel. Ours was very complicated reservation, due to the changing plans of our party, consisting of 3 people and coming from different locations. All of it, plus multiple questions were addressed by the staff with utmost professionalism, resolved expertly and always with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable, with huge balconies. All seemed to have a beautiful view of Etna and the sea (some of it might be later slightly obstructed by the new part of hotel being built). The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the breakfasts very satisfying and varied (caponata to die for). The shuttle service to and from the town was very dependable and totally sufficient for our needs.

the pool area is really nice but could do with a better drink / snack service and maybe a bit of quiet background music or something location is very high up the hill which has amazing views, but you do need the shuttle to go anywhere

so clean, staff were awesome on the front desk, so helpful!! room was lovely. the shuttle service is absolutely brilliant. Antonio deserves a special mention (5star member of staff)

Some anti mosquito vegetation would be helpful. I was bitten very badly around the pool. A greater choice of eggs would have been good at breakfast.

The views of Etna from our balcony were amazing. Wonderful staff, who were so polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

The view is amazing. The staff outstanding and the hotel is perfect. Can’t wait to return . The pool is great with pool towels provided. Breakfast had a great selection and a shuttle bus is provided to go down the hill to the beach or nearby shops and restaurants.

The restaurant was OK, it would be nice if there were more options on the menu.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Antonio in particular made us feel very welcome. The views are spectacular from the hotel. The pool area was great. The shuttle was really useful.

We can't complain about anything. We're only sorry that we didn't have time here. Everything was excellent. If I have to split hairs I would say that I prefer Simple Minds output with the classic lineup when Mick and Derek were in the band. In my opinion this is where their strongest material dates from...after New Gold Dream ..well. but the hotel is excellent!

The room was excellent and very comfortable. We enjoyed a large terrace with views looking towards Mount Etna and across the bay. Breakfast was amazing in a beautiful dining room with an extremely wide selection of local fruit, produce and dishes, probably the best we've enjoyed in our entire 3 week trip. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. We didn't take advantage of the very lovely pool but perhaps we will do so at our next visit.

breakfast pretty indifferent buffet style and bland. and unimaginative. A further seven rooms being added next year best to avoid 3rd floor, the bar is not the best but adequate, Linch available but not dinner there is a great selection downtown so no real issue Expensive for a good hotel

The shuttle drivers were excellent. Having a shuttle to downtown was a big plus and eased our minds not having to worry about taxis. The views were phenomenal. Breakfast excellent
