there was nothing not to like. Dan was the perfect host. He booked restaurants for us and kept in regular contact for if we needed anything at all. Short walk to supermarket at the marina, bars and restaurants and walking distance to a beach. I would give a 10 if there was a bar serving drinks, crisps and nuts and ice creams or ice lollies for children

Stairs were tough due to mobility issues but no fault of the property

The pool was amazing!! Salt water and soooo lovely! The staff were so nice and helpful! It was a bit tricky driving in to park, and lots of stairs if you have mobility issues it can be tough but that’s the only rough part. But there are stairs all over Sicily so not unusual. So beautiful and close to where we needed to be! The minimart by the marina was all we needed and quick and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend!

An absolutely beautiful setting, the apartments have terraces so you can enjoy the spectacular view, the pool is also superb. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely visit again.

parking with a big car in a narrow street was a bit challenging.

The only downside to the whole property was the size of the fridge / freezer. As we like to cook at home it would have been easier with a larger fridge/ freezer. However, that’s a minor downside.

The property is situated in a beautiful, peaceful, location with good access to amenities including a local shop, a super market, and the port with lovely caffès, bars, and restaurants. (The view is just as beautiful as the photos!) The building, as well as the pool, are extremely clean and well maintained. The beach, which is around 5 minutes away by car but accessible on foot in around 15 minutes, is spacious, very clean, and has a well staffed beach bar. I would recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay but I wouldn’t say it’s essential.

What an amazing apartment, the views over the ocean were spectacular! The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a fabulous balcony where we could sit and also eat. The pool was lovely set in beautiful gardens. The owners were so kind, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

The location of the apartment is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the see! The apartment was clean, the pool area was very comfortable surrounded with a lot of plants & flowers. The hosts were also very polite and supportive whatever info we need. We spent marvellous days here.

This place is beautiful, spectacular view of the marina and Aeolian Islands from the balcony of my apartment where you can watch the sunset over the sea. Apartment spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and everything you would need contained in the apartment. 10 minute walk to the marina where you will find a well stocked mini market and bars and restaurants. The huge swimming pool is amazing as well and the gardens of the complex are kept immaculate. I had no car and had no problems with the location as mentioned in some other reviews. Really friendly and welcoming hosts also who organised a taxi to the train station when I checked out. I hope to return here again, if you do book this place you will not regret it.

Extremely friendly staff! emails were always answered immediately. they were very flexible - we arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning. the apartment was clean, had a nice balcony with a great view. the beds were very comfortable. There was a nice pool with a springboard, which the kids loved. the plants around the Villa are very well taken care of and make the place look beautiful. You can see and feel that the very friendly owner is taking very good care of the place and wants her guests to be happy. We would always stay at Villa Anita again!

Villa Anita is the best place in Sicily to relax! The view is breathtaking, the apartments are spacious and clean, with every amenity you can think of. The swimming pool is great and you can also swim in the sea if you want to! The owners are very sweet and will give you plenty of tips. Will definitely visit again!

Location is better suited for those with their own transport. Taxi's are about €5 per person into town. You can walk 10mins in the heat on a boring road to the marina which has a couple of bars and restaurants.

The host was lovely and welcoming. He was very helpful and he always had coffees on offer. The swimming pool was so clean and available any time; gorgeous setting and we all enjoyed diving off the diving board. As it is a small establishment, it wasn't crowded and plenty of places to chill out. Fun to go down to the rocks below and get a swim there too! The apartment was super clean and well equipped for making meals. Good AC's in the room. Beautiful views. A definitely relaxing and fantastic stay and I would recommend it.

Like everywhere on Italy the beds are on the hard and small side (I am very tall), I think its just a cultural preference. Same goes for the loungers by the pool, I would have loved a little topper on those. Obviously these are just minor details.

Honestly such a lovely place with lovely people taking care of you. We loved the salt water swimming pool, the amazing views over the Eolian Islands and the delicious appetizers. Its a very calm and relaxing environment, about 7 min driving from the center of Capo d'Orlando. The highlight for us was that they we're very mindful of my partners food allergy. Whenever we travel its always a stress factor when having food, because not everywhere the understand the severity of a food allergy. Here they took it super serious and we're happy to cater to his allergy. They were great with providing recommendations for activities, sights and food in the area. The apartment was very clean, I could literally smell the detergent on the sheets and the lemon in the room from cleaning which was great.

Very hard to find and park at, and navigating to and from it is difficult. No breakfast, main staff were not fluent in English. Carrying your luggage to and from your room from the road at the top of the hill was also difficult.

The views, pool, and atmosphere are stellar, but lack of a breakfast and its location- very difficult to get to and extremely difficult to park at, are strong detractors.

Nothing. We had such a lovely stay and would love to come back.

We loved the beautiful surroundings, the view of the sea and marina and the wonderful garden they keep there. The pool was perfect and set in a such a peaceful spot. The room was clean and cool and had everything we needed. The local town of Capo d’Orlando has many fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. We felt like we experienced an authentic view of Sicily here with not many other tourists. The walk down there is a little long in the heat, but has beautiful views and is worth it if you enjoy walking like we do. You can take a taxi if you would prefer. Lastly, the owner and their son are extremely warm and kind people. They were always happy to help us with taxis, coffees, advice and even helping to order a pizza. We felt so at home and welcomed by the hosts. Highly recommed !
