Unfortunately my room had a leaking toilet so I heard running water constantly. There is a lot of street noise and you can hear your neighbors next to you. There is no wifi in the rooms, there is no tea / coffee facilities in the room either.

The views from the balcony were beautiful! The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful.

the wifi was unacceptable. We stayed on the 4th floor and for 2 days we had no wifi. We spent all our data (20 euros). He was waiting for a technician who came on the last day.

Beds are very mobile, not for family holidays. There could be a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast- boring, boiled eggs prepared a day before and kept in the fridge. No vegetables, I would expect tomatoes or cucumber at least in such a country with a bit of olives

The shower drain was clogged and whenever you flushed or used the basin it made horrible sounds. No internet in the room, only in the lobby and breakfast area.

The meals at bar were very ordinary. Didn't go to restaurant as I'm sure it was the same chef.

Our room was at the highest level and took 130 steps to reach it. Too many for older people. Parking was an issue.

hotel is old and dated needs to be renovated old curtains the wooden blind in our room wouldn’t close completely and thus very noisy shower too small balcony divider railing broken no luggage rests in the hotel room. fridge didn’t ice very well and fridge door falling off.

There was no wifi at all at the second building and it hasn’t been refurbished at all. There was rust in the toilet window shower and a big broken glass under the bed.

Tired but clean rooms. The air con worked perfectly. Continental breakfast was nothing special but just enough to start the day. Staff was ok, Antonio was very friendly and smiling all the time. There is no private beach but you can use the shuttle bus and access a nearby beach for only €12 a day. The view from the terrace in the triple room was amazing!

No wifi in the annex building.

There are two buildings.One is on the street.The other is up on the hill. I stayed at up on the hill annex building with extraordinary gulf sea view. And there was a terrass. Closer to the funivia.

Location too noisy. Constant heavy traffic with no footpath to walk along. road very dangerous in places nearby. Very steep slope up the hotel annex and if using steps there are at least 100 Two hundred plus if walking from reception but lift is there to use in main building. Flooring mot soundproofed and thin walls in annex part of hotel.

The best was very uncomfortable and someone had to walk up a steep hill to get to the room. It was ridiculous. They can put an elevator or provide cars to ferry guests at all times of the day at that price.

The view was good. Despite having walked 6 floors up.

Unfortunately, I got in on the first night wrong room, but they fix this problem in next day because my booked room was unavailable. A little bit disappointing to me was the breakfast because from 4 stars hotel, I expected more choices. Not only scrambled eggs, a poor quality cafe and mortadella and cheese every day. And in the end, it was too loud for me. Every noise from outside in the night was heard in the room even though I had closed every window.

The Hotel location is amazing, near the beach and cable car. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Huge thank you for the great spaghetti for chief Pietro and massive thanks to Ricardo for his dinner service. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has small free parking for his guests.

Due to rain water was driping from the ceiling in the bathroom. After water shortage the water was brown. Bed had weels, so it moved around the room :/ Rooms need some renovations.

Location is good (walking distance of isola bella, start of the line for Taormina town). Breakfast was nice, enough choices. Free parking, but only for a few cars.

Breakfast and dinner was great value for money, the apartment had a great view and well maintained. The service was friendly. Great location to access the main centre of Taormina with the cable car right opposite, aswell as the beachfront right next door too.
