Me and my girlfriend were really enchanted by this place. Beautiful villa, rich and posh breakfast, super clean and well organised rooms with lots of space. I loved the morning swim in the pool and the garden. Not to mention its vicinity to marvellous landscapes.

Absolutely amazing villa - more like a small castle. Very nice breakfast. Very quiet and away from the big cities. The girl at the reception was very helpful with food/wine suggestions.

Lovely quiet location just off the motorway. Fabulous walks in open countryside with views. Room quiet and clean . Heated for our arrival. Dog made welcome. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had in Italy. This is a gem !

The house is beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable, its very well preserved and the rooms are huge. Breakfast is completely local, and delicious. The staff is amazing, and friendly. Will recommend 10/10.

It really wasn’t anything to not like. Maybe the poolside lounge chairs could be more comfortable, but that is so minor.

Loved the location and the property and the villa itself. The morning spread for breakfast was amazing.

Some of the facilities like the pool were closed in October. We did not know this, it would have been nice to be informed in advance. As there were less people, the facilities were more limited. We could certainly go back, but not in October.

Great location near the therme and near Siena and other places in Tuscany. Beds were great, breakfast also very good.

We enjoyed our 5-days stay at the Villa very much! The building, garden and the rooms are beautiful as well as the location between the vineyards. The staff was very kind and offered their help in case of any questions and recommended several activities. The location is perfect to explore Chianti, Montepulciano and Siena area. The breakfast was super delicious. The pool was nice as well.

I loved everything!

The beautiful surroundings of Tuscan landscape and silence in the area. Lovely and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts with lots of sweat and savoury choice and amazing swimming pools. It’s perfect place to relax.

We would be happy to have acsses to coffee the whole day, because it's still quit secluded and to go out for that when you have a relaxing day by the pool wasn't worth it for us. But that is a small detail in an overall great stay.

Beautiful property, very peaceful. in the nature, but still close enough to the highway and the near town. Close enough to everything in toscana. Great pool and breakfast. I think that what I liked the most was the beautiful view fron the huge windows in the room

The refrigerator in our room worked very poorly, practically did not cool at all. We reported the problem to the staff but there was no possibility of repair or replacement. It would be good to supply the hotel with new working refrigerators. It is an old building covered with ivy and surrounded by nature, which means a lot of insects and especially spiders in a room that has very high ceilings, so it’s hard to get rid of them.

Beautiful building, garden and surroundings. The interior of the rooms also nice and neat. Firm mattress from ikea, good water pressure in the bathroom and efficient air conditioning. Two swimming pools and places where you can sit and drink wine in the evening. All this ensures a memorable and magical trip. Very friendly and helpful staff!

It's a really minor thing to mention:Each day the cleaning lady was still working in our room after we had finished our breakfast. Due to that we couldn't start prepairing for our trip in the meantime.

This location is simply amazing and gives everything for anyone who is looking for the real Toscana. The room was spacious, with a comfortable large bed and bathroom. The pools were also great especially on warm days when coming back from a tiring trip. Best locations / villages are easily accessible by car from here. However, our favourite was definitely the breakfast. Incredibly wide selection of local and premium quality foods.
