The building and the rooms need some attention in particular there are not enough power plugs in the room. A bit tired.

Staff super friendly, super helpfull, breakfast was plentiful and the location is very quite just as we like it. Beautiful spot.

Was hoping for a room with better lake views (ours was the last one on the ground floor, only limited lake views and room was quite dark), not enough light in the room, esp. in the couch area, wifi didn’t work properly

The isolation of the house is limit with just the air condition heating. It is rather cold in the room, even with the air condition heating on. The place is perfect and dream for warm weather, from late spring to autumn, but maybe less comfortable during cold winter days.

We had a room in a garden house. So, the facilities of the villa are really great. However, those of the gardenhouse less.

Sadly the where many open wires and the walls and the room was not 100% clean in some spots in the bathroom. Also the water pressure is almost none existing. We were greeted by a the host who was not could not be described as very welcoming, but a younger colleague was really nice and friendly.

The Location was amazing and we had a beautiful balcony directly to the water.

Getting in & out of the property was very difficult due to the turn being on a very busy road, there is a mirror but we found it of very little help! Internet was very bad, made it difficult to do any forward planning or work!

Welcome was great, breakfast very nice and lots of variety, also liked that there was a non slip mat in the shower so many places don’t have them & the base of the shower is very slippery! All the staff were wonderful!

Has seen better days for sure, needs small touches here and there particularly with the furniture. Breakfast was too basic and I had a feeling that the personal were too few.

I think this should have been some old villa renovated to be a hotel, and that added so much character to it. quite place which breathes tranquility. I would consider going back and I hope this place does not go out of business.

the shower was very weak and took a long time to heat up. hard to walk anywhere to eat as no footpath to town but we found a little place called something like Cavalleri 10 in Cecina a nearby village which you can climb up the steep hill to if you are able .

coming from the south it was easy to miss the turning. A sign 250m before would help. Shame they don’t do dinner
