Tight roads - not mentioned in advert. Restaurant advertised as being open but sign in office that it doesn't open on Tuesdays.

Location - mountain and sea views. Can also see Mount Vesuvius. Staff were very friendly. Good parking. Comfortable bed and suitable room size. Small terrace outside room with seating and table. We would absolutely recommend.

You are a bit restricted to the restaurant behind the hotel. It was a good restaurant but it would be nice to vary the eating out locations. We think there was an open area in the summer attached to the restaurant but it wasnt open in early May (just the main big hall, which was a bit bright for us). We are use to more intimate surroundings. You could drive to nearby town but not ideal if you want to have a glass of wine with dinner. The road driving up to the Villa is challenging at first (but doable) but driving it might be more difficult at night. A big Jeep or two did park at the villa, so they cleared the narrow road so most cars should be fine.

Location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous view, nice pool, really helpful staff. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and good shower. Nothing to not like!

Surprisingly nothing. The only issue is the location at the end of a very narrow Lane way, but that's it for a negative.

Great size room and bathroom, breakfast was excellent, nice variety of fair to choose from. All the staff were lovely,so friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent. Total peace and quiet in the location. There was so much to love about the Villa, small little details that made it so wonderful.

The road to get to the hotel is a little tight, but otherwise it was great.

There was a good breakfast. They had a variety of options for the continental breakfast to suit multiple preferences. The coffee was also GREAT!

I didn’t not like anything about the property but just a word of advice to people is that you will need a car as it’s a long hard uphill walk to the property but that’s why the views are so good

My friends and I really loved the breakfast and the room was extremely comfortable. Fransisco and Anna made feel very welcomed and made sure that I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Lovely place, intimate, quiet, beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice pool, breakfasts tasty, but it would be nice to have a slight variety - identical every day. Super authentic Italian restaurant upstairs - 99% Italian families, loud, tasty, beautiful view of Vesuvius.

There is nothing I did not like

I loved absolutely everything! Francesco and Giuseppe were so welcoming and provided the best service. The property location was perfect for us! Napoli was about 30 min by car. Pompeii 15 min. Sorrento 10-15 min. Giuseppe booked us an amazing boat tour the day after our arrival to Positano and Amalfi. Absolutely beautiful! The restaurant DID NOT disappoint. We ate there three out of our four night stay. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful and the service was on point!! It was a sad day when we had to leave.

The road up to it can be a little challenging but it just added to the fun!

We loved our stay here. It was convenient for arriving at night from Naples airport, close to Pompeii, and not a bad drive to Sorrento. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and served with a beautiful view. We were even able to rent a scooter for driving the Amalfi coast at the hotel which was so convenient. There's a grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. Don't hesitate to book it, it was a fantastic three-night stay.

Its at the end of a small road. You absolutely need a car to stay here i cant see walking the whole road its uphill aswell. Other than that i cant say anything bad about the place.

Beautiful place and a beautiful view. It is a family owned place. The restaurant is a must try. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Not going to lie the food was the best i had during my trip the pasta was AMAZING.

The view, and the breakfast every morning were amazing. Giuseppe made sure we had everything we needed, and Francesco is one of the nicest most amiable people we met in Naples. He makes the best cappuccinos and americanos!

Would recommend car due to location but we managed with public transport/walking and taxi service was booked for us for arrival and departure

Fantastic 9 night stay. Francesco and Giuseppe were both fantastic and couldn't do enough! Rooms were cleaned daily with comfortable bed and the views from the pool area were just stunning. Lovely breakfast available every morning too and the restaurant was lovely.
