A nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. The room was huge, and there was a nice terrace and a balcony in the room. There is a beautiful big citrus garden and the smell from citrus trees was adorable. The swimming pool looked very nice, but we did not use it, since it was a bit cold outside and we stayed for one night only.

the host is very helpful and professional. He advised us about visiting restaurants and other things in the area. The swimming pool is a win anyway, especially for children. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a family. The house was divided into several apartments. The host was very welcoming. The pool area is a nice place to relax and cool off. There is a washing machine and a fully functioning kitchen. Great if you have children or if you are tired of eating out. Walking distance to bakery where you can get freshly baked bread, sweets or savory snacks. There is onsite parking. Although the apartment is not located in the main tourist area, it is a perfect budget accommodation for families that have their own car and prefer to interact with local friendly people.

Over all we've had an amazing time at Villa Concettina. The hosts were amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. Beautiful pool and just the place to relax after a beach day. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend, the location is perfect close to sea side and amenities, the Villa has great facilities and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

The shower pressure was not good and the water would switch from cold to very hot without warning. The other people staying in the villa were extremely loud until 2:30 in the morning and we had to get up very early to leave, it was not a great situation but it wasn’t the hosts fault that the guests were being loud and rude.

Issues with the shower working intermittently. However, we did not raise this with the staff as we were advised by others that this is common in this part of Sicily. Location was great for interacting with locals and a great pasticceria on the corner but quite difficult to walk around as no footpaths in the area.

Apartments were large and spacious, pool was amazing and staff lovely and accomodating. On-site parking was also great and a huge relief after just being in the chaotic Cefalu! Supermarket and pasticceria within walking distance, food in the area notably cheaper than the key tourist areas closer to the main strip.

Surroundings could be a bit better, but still convenient market nearby where everything you need can be found. A short trip in taxi to the restaurants do help, a bit far to walk.

The flight was delayed but the owner contacted us and waited for us to almost 02:00 AM - great guy and helpful. Everything we asked for, he had the answers - great place to stay at!

Just one night, but the apartment was great! The pool is big and nice and the owner is kind and always willing to help. The location is quiet but close to the beach with many restaurants. Hope we return next year!

everything was perfect

The owner was super kind and helpful, spoke great English. The room was nice and clean and our kids could use the pool even though it was already after the pool time. The mattrasses were amazingly comfy and we got a good night sleep after many hours of travelling. We got a wonderful, unexpected refresh and we will come back. Our family dog was welcome and we appreciated that a lot.

The rooms have most of the things needed (a sharper knife, a cutting board and scissors were the only things we would have used, but overall everything was in place, including the hairdryer). The town center is a bit further away, but still manageable by foot: 16,000 steps through the promenade and beach trail were rewarding

Highly recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave all the information required and shared recommendations. Oranges from the garden were awesome, nice little treat from the host. By the way, the rooms HAVE WIRELESS (the property description tells otherwise) and the two bedroom apartments have terraces, not balconies. We really enjoyed spending evenings on the terrace. Our kids loved the pool, which was great even in November.

It was a little uncomfortable that there was a restaurant above us and early in the morning we could hear the chairs shuffling and walking up the stairs next to our bedroom. But this can be solved by another location of the accommodation.

very nice owner. We had accommodation for one night, so we didn't have time to use all the services, but it was beautifully clean everywhere. The sea was a short walk from the accommodation. Beautiful pool with enough sunbeds. There was also a snack bar by the pool. Very beautiful but short stay. We would love to come back.
