We had a gorgeous view from the room to the lake. Room has all what you need, renovated and clean bathroom. Hotel is few steps away from good restaurants and cocktail bars. The drive to reception is quite a steep climb.

It’s about a 45 minute drive to the Coliseum, could easily be a longer drive with traffic.

Such a friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful view of the lake. Room comfortably fit my family of four. We enjoyed breakfast as well!

The room and the bathroom were very small. The bathtub was very old and the shower did not have enough water pressure. If you do not have your own means of transportation it can be difficult to get a taxi, especially if it is for a short distance such as the other side of the lake (Castel Gandolfo).

Excellent location, beautiful view over lake Albano. Friendly staff, good breakfast in a terrace directly looking over the lake. €130 for one night was a fair price considering the location and the high season.

For inexperienced drivers, it might be hard to access the parking lot from the main road. The hotel does not offer a wide choice of beverages in the room fridges.

The hotel is located by the lake. It is close to all the main attractions in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom does not correspond to the level of the hotel. The hairdryer practically does not work. The shower cabin is uncomfortable.

My and my partner really enjoyed the room view, the breakfast and the hospitality of all people working at the Villa. The place is mainly a weeding event venue, we stayed 1-night when there was not any event at the villa, so we were the only guests and we had a very intimate experience!!!!

This hotel has a fantastic view over the lake. However, sadly that is were the good experience stop. We received room 421 and experienced one of the most filthiest rooms: No Wi-Fi in this part of the hotel. After asking staff at reception to reboot the router, it did not solve the problem.  The feedback was, there is nothing we can do about it The bar fridge in the room does not work. The shower drain is clogged. Shower overflows (See photo) The shower head is also clogged and water almost just drips out. The hand shower pipe connection is lose and one has to hold it in place to stay connected The toilet seat is lose (see photo) Long strain of dark hair is still attached to the bathroom tiles. Most likely from a prior guest or cleaner (See photo) Bloodstain on the wall. Which according to reception could be as a result of a prior guest killing a mosquito....(but they don’t offer to clean it) Dust and hair on the floor - room has not been cleaned in a while Some electrical plugs are broken and have missing buttons, not to mention the dirt around them (see photo) The telephone looks like something that was used on the titanic.  The screen is broken and it has not been wiped down or cleaned in years. (see photo) The bed side lamps are almost falling out of their wall sockets (see photo) Mould accumulated on the wall and roof with paint lifting from the wall already. (see photo) This room is filthy and was not cleaned before checking guests in. After making management aware of the issues, nothing was done about it. They never offered to clean the room or give us another room.   They do not care about their guests. Blood stains on walls and other filth does not bother them   There are better places to stay – avoid this hotel at all cost. It is dated and the staff don’t care.

The weird miscomfort of not having proper hangers for towels (just one for 4/6 towels). We were told that the towels are meant to be kept in the drawers (???). I traveled the whole globe and I have never seen towels used like this (always wet after the first use and always to be stored after use - a sort of ability test for average husbands/kids……!). By the way, I wonder if they sanitize the drawers after every stay… The breakfast was very poor. If you are expecting an international breakfast this hotel is not for you. Also, why keep using so old/cracked mugs? The duvet had weird sheets, opened on the side. You can’t move without gettig them opened. That is another thing that I saw for the first time in my life.

The breakfast was disappointing. The decor is very dated. Taxis were e20.00 minimum fare. The hotel is not within safe walking distance of a shop or village.

A very good hotel not being run as well as it could be. Magnificent views over lake. Had to ask for things as simple as shampoo and soap. Room good . Buildings need TLC.

A lot (not all) of the staff came across very inconvenienced (and rude) when asking for the most basic of services. The balcony was covered in red spiders so we were unable to enjoy the view of the lake without a "bloody massacre". The rooms were very tired The location is not ideal as you have to walk along a busy road to access the local facilities. would be better to stay in castel Gandolfo. The hotel staff are preoccupied with events happening at the venue so appeared quite stressed and grumpy. This is not a 4 star - maybe a 2 and this is mainly for the view.
