The hostess was so friendly and she explain us how to use the tramway, parking the car outside of Firenze and visit the city with no stress. We staid there for one night, going 2 times in Firenze. Thank you for advise !

Absolutly clean and beautiful, each corner is very nice decorated and the house is super organised, with all necessary. The garden is relaxed and intime. We loved to stay there. The parking was next to our door, so confortable.

Antonela was an amazing host. She made our visit to Pistoia unforgetable. Her breakfest every morning was exceptional. Also her suggestions about places to visit made us get to know more about Italy and to see places we would never know about. Our dog was treated with kindness and love. Villa di Malpasso is amazing – quirky, but amazing - and we loved staying there. The place itself is beautiful and our apartment was finished to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. For breakfast you walk through the garden to the main house and enter a magnificent dining room full of antique furniture and ‘objets d’art’. An excellent breakfast was served with great Italian coffee. Although the place itself is superb, what makes the stay exceptional is the welcome you receive from Antonella. Nothing was too much trouble. She cooked us a delicious dinner one night and her advice regarding places to visit and things to do was invaluable. My wife and I immediately sensed a rapport with her and found so much in common and so much to talk about. We were sad to leave, and I really think she was sad to see us go. A perfect stay and thoroughly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Rumesh ( staff) was so helpful and accomodating . Antonella , the host was very friendly and sweet also ( we hope we meet her in person next time ) . Our suite was a few steps seperate from the impressive 200 year old Villa and overlooked the gorgeous gardens . It had possibly the best bed I ever slept in plus a luxurious interior with coffee and tea making facilities . We booked a dinner that took place in the dining room of the villa and tasted amazing ( thank you Rumesh for cooking ) . The ambiente in that room was amazing since it was mostly kept original with chandeliers, silver and elegant table set ups . Breakfast also took place here . We recommend this place since it is unique, has old elegance and very friendly .

We had a lovely time here. The location was nice the facilities were all good but most of all the hospitality was amazing. The madam that owned the place and our host Amerey... Lovely hospitable people. I would definitely go again and stay here. The garden area is amazing.

The bed was very soft, you fall in :) I guess some people like that. And we were woken up at 6 am because we could hear people stomp around above our heads. otherwise very quiet and nice.
