Limited parking in street which is standard for inner city hotels.

Small boutique hotel in a great location, close to Cagliari centre and a short 3 minute walk to Ristorante Dal Pittore (highly recommended dining experience). Luxury furnishings in rooms, foyer, bar and breakfast rooms. Hotel assistant 24hrs a day. Plentiful breakfast with many options.

Coffee could have been stronger at breakfast. Would have appreciated a coffee machine or a better Americano.

Immaculate hotel in a convenient location for the city centre but in a quiet spot. Hotel staff were very helpful with suggestions, bookings etc. Room was excellent - we had Junior Suite which was large and very comfortable with great bathroom. Lovely comfy bed and good breakfast.

Absolutely nothing. This is a fabulous hotel

The room was beautiful, the breakfast room is impressive and cozy, the personnel is friendly and helpful. They even anticipate what your questions may be, for example when you arrive late at night they will ask if you have eaten yet and if they should make a reservation for you. Or during breakfast they will see you have dirtied your napkin and they will bring a new one before you can ask for it. Location is a bit out of the city center but still within walking distance.

Perfect place.

This is an amazing villa building. The design is special, has not too many rooms. The rooms are very comfortable, the bed large. Everything felt brand new. Breakfast are very nice, overlooking the beautiful garden. Staff very friendly. You will love this place.

We just loved this beautiful hotel- the decor, the gardens, the staff all was perfect. We only had 1 night here unfortunately but we had the best time in Cagliari and the Villa Fanny experience was a big part of that

I cannot fault the hotel or staff on anything.

The room was stunning and the staff are wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had an early morning flight and the hotel even had our breakfasts packed and ready to leave with us at 04:30.

Barking/yapping dogs inside restaurant. Dog wandering around the breakfast room with owner while she she chose food from the breakfast buffet (yapping again) It's one thing to be dog friendly and it's another to cater for rude, ignorant people with disobedient pets.

The hotel was very well located. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. The staff at the reception desk were terrific! Their English was excellent. Their ability to help us with plans and navigating the city was excellent and much appreciated! They provided suggestions for restaurants as well. They made our stay in Cagliari much easier to negotiate. Breakfast was wonderful...

Nothing really. All was good except a very limited menu. The menu at the bar / restaurant can be a little more exciting going by how touristy this place is. Left me wanting for some more.

It’s a quaint little property which is very athletically done up. The interiors are beautiful.

A bathtub. The showers are large and trendy but I much prefer a bath.there really isn’t anything to criticize about Hotel Villa Fanny. It is an oasis yet close to the hubbub etc and well located to good restaurants and so forth

The staff were incredible knowledgeable eager to be of assistance. The rooms were elegant, beautifully appointed Breakfast was gorgeous with a buffet of everything one could want and so much more. It is really a special hotel.

The booking staff were exceptional, especially Fabio, who located an item that I had left behind and then went to get lengths to forward it to me. The hotel is close enough to the old centre and very close to the botanical gardens. The garden setting made breakfast on the terrace a real pleasure.

Excellent breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful and Cagliari old town/city centre are walking distance.
