Very welcoming staff always eager to help! The hotel is 200 meters away from the bus to Casamicciola Terme that runs every hour until late during summer. Casamicciola Terme is nice and has a lot of options to explore the rest of the island

The bed was a huge disappointment. There were two uneven mattresses put together on the bed. I'm also concerned about the safety of the rooster living next door - It might become soup soon. Good for early wake-ups tho :)

We had a room with a sea view, and the view was perfect, in the mornings and also at sunset. The staff was friendly, and we got some good information about the island. The room and the balcony were decent sized, and there was a place to dry clothes. We liked the huge breakfast before the days full of activities. If choosing this place to stay, I would recommend renting a car - it might look like a walking distance from the map, but it's not. Also, driving around the island is an experience on its own.

Very nice and cozy hotel! The swimming pool is small but nonetheless beautiful, deep, and refreshingly cool. The hotel is located on the hill with a beautiful view and wonderful sunsets from the rooms and the terrace. There is a bus, but i recommend renting a car or a scooter. The hosts are very helpful in that regard. The hosts were super friendly, gave us a feeling of staying with family and even surprised us with a cake and drinks because of my birthday which was a very sweet gesture. The kitchen is fantastic! Honestly Alex' dishes were the bets food we had in the whole week staying on ischia. Authentic, rustic, simple and tasty. High quality ingredients: herbs and vegetables from their own garden. We didn't have breakfast there, but it is available. Highly recommend the place. We'll come back for sure!

Air conditioning in the room for an extra charge. Shops, restaurants and the sea are far away, but if you learn how to travel with bus is fine and you have bonus the view to the sea :)

Very nice hotel with swimming pool available. The bus is close to the hotel. The hotel is located on the hill, so if your are coming with children, I can recommend to take taxi in the port. The room was clean. Staff great, friendly and always helpful. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast tasty, I can recommend also the other meal, really good. I highly recommend the hotel.

We loved our little apartment and the pool! The staff were super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Dinner was absolutely delicious and was in such a great setting. We loved the view of the mountains as well. Wish we had booked for more than one night to enjoy the island and our apartment.

It was really peacefull and feels like Heaven. We had the best room, in the top with balcony and breathtaking view to the see. The hotel was more beautiful than in the pictures, the garden was full with flowers, lemon trees and other plants, it’s like The Garden of Paradise. The swimming pool’s water was warm, so we can stay there a lot. The staff were so kind, like a family. Actually, we miss them now. They did everything us to felt best and had a wonderfull holiday. The chef was really pro, he made us perfect dishes and the best limonade ever. The manager was so kind, he help us in everything and showed the sights in the island. We had the best holiday there and we cannot wait to go back next year :)

The Staff, the facilities, the location, the cleaning, the layout, the rudeness of the staff was on a level I’ve not experienced in my life time of travel, I’m 55. I don’t ever fill these forms in usually and with this property I really don’t no where to start or end!! The place should close, it’s unforgivable, it’s criminal!

There is NOTHING to like about this place. We had no choice but to stay here. And they made our stay miserable!

To be honest, we loved every bit, there is still room for improvement, but the love and care they offer you will leave you speechless. Everyone is different and has different points of view, so help them improve it as you wish, they will happily take your advice! Believe us, you will have the best time!

If I could describe the trip with one word, it would definately be FANTASTIC! To begin with, the location is perfect for enjoying the island to its fullest, it is up the hill with a view to die for, each evening you are enchanted with the sun slowly slipping under the sea. The villa is up on the hill with the 16 bus taking you hourly, from just a few steps from the entrance, directly to the center of Casamiciolla Terme (they have the schedule posted so you can easily choose the hour you prefer). Once you arrive you will be enchanted by their fresh and beautifully scented garden, full of lemon trees, fresh basil and mint, beautifully taken care of by Alex, one of the caretakers that you will thoroughly enjoy talking to and that will gladly help you with anything you need. Needless to say the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedsheets! The host, needless to say, is a wonderful human being. Fady helped us have one of the most amazing holiday ever. Don't be shy and ask him whatever you need, he helped us book a speed boat just for me and my love to enjoy the island to its fullest (He can help you book a boat to share with other tourists or just for yourself and was kind enough to help us pay in cash from his own pocket when all the ATM's where not working). He gave us the greatest insight on everything to see and visit, carefully planing our stay to enjoy everything. He helped us book a scooter and car in 20 minutes, so I encourage you to start a conversation with him once you arrive, you will not regret it! Each morning you will be delighted to taste the swedish buffet breakfast, having a variety of choices, Alex bakes fresh croissants and helps you choose from fresh fruits, meat or vegetarian choices, everything you need to start the day. They also have a stunning small pool to cool out after a hot day or even for a romantic swim in the evening. What can I say, me and my love simply loved our stay and can't wait to come back!!!

This accommodation is on the hill, you can get there by bus that stops close the hotel. There you can find clean and hot pool, teracce and what is very important nice young people that are helpful and friendly. We stayed in the room on the top with spacious teracce and adorable view. It was cleaned every day. I´d highly recommend this hotel.

Our "balcony" had view at the wall, window had a view at outside toilet, no hot or warm water in shower, airconditioning was extra cost 10 eur a day, dusty curtains, glass front doors so whenever during the night someone turn the lights in the stairway the room was all lit up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the hill so walking there is a bit heavy 😁 but there is a bus that goes past the hotel an every hour and we also rented a scooter for a few days (we recommend it, you can see the island better). The staff helped us to rent a scooter and it was super easy. We also had very beautiful view in our hotel room.
