Exceptional hotel with amazing facilites. The garden was truly impressive, as well as the decor and the rooms. The staff was absolutely excellent, very attentive and helpful. We were more than impressed by the owner, Alessandro, who made sure our stay was perfect. Moreover, very convenient location, close to Venice, but also to other nice destinations like Verona. Totally recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and luxurious hotel.

Our stay was exceptional. We went for my 60th birthday and the welcoming and attentive staff made for an excellent experience. The meal was delicious at the hotel restaurant with a really good breakfast the next morning. They upgraded our room, which was very comfortable and had the feeling of grandeur we were looking for. In our room , the air conditioner rattled all night.

The location is too far out of Venice and its landmarks.. We had to taxi in to Piazza Roma and then water taxi to Venice..Needless to say you have to do the same for the return. The cost is ridiculous. ( Not the hotels fault ). It's just the way it is. The staff are very good and helpful. If you want a quiet hotel with lots of garden space and green surrounding and have your own car then this hotel can be for you.

Our only annoyance was that the pool was still closed although when we touched the water it was really perfect. It may have been early-May but definitely warm enough to swim. Should be an option for those who don't need the water to be >25C.

Leafy, romantic setting away from Venice yet near enough that you could go there for the afternoon / evening. The food at the Villa Franceschi was delicious and well-presented. Service top-notch throughout. I can highly recommend this place. The nearby village of Mira (only a short walk away) is charming too.

Please understand this is not a modern hotel. The owners have tried to maintain its authenticity while balancing comfort. Rooms are filled with antiques and the bathroom is older. This was not a complaint, but it must be noted. We loved it and would not hesitate to return or recommend it as a 5 star property.

Extraordinary experience. The most attentive staff you will find. Unusual as it may sound, the bed linens were the most plush I’ve ever seen. The property is very historic and lovely and is convenient to Venice, Murano and Burano. This allowed a 20 minute car service ride meaning we were a short distance away from the bustle and crush of tourists. The hotel restaurant was superb. Fantastic stay.
