How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Great room, as clean as it can be! the bed was probably the most comfortable one that I have ever slept on. Federico and Federica were very helpful and nice hosts. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. One small constructive advice is to place some thick curtains on the bathroom window since some guests may want to feel a bit more privacy. However, this did not negatively affect our stay!

Very nice and helpful owners dedicated to provide cozy and unforgettable stay at their charming bed and breakfast. This accommodation is definitely worth the money. Breakfast is really good, served by lovely lady and location is great. Waldheim ski lift is really very close and you don’t need a car at all. Also, if you are ski beginner or with small kids, just few steps away from accommodation are ski lifts adjusted for beginners so I find that also as benefit.

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Great restaurant suggestions. Amazing views from our balcony. Federica gave us good recommendations for restaurants. We loved breakfast, and the breakfast lady, I can’t remember her name but she was awesome. We will definitely go back and stay at Cima Dodici again! 🥰

The hosts are excellent, professional and courteous. The location is central, walking distance to the main road and shops but just far enough away to be in a quiet area. The building is modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay their again.

A small fridge would be beneficial for cold drinks
Everything was amazing - we stayed in the Betullo room which was very new. Everything had a luxurious feel to it including the furnishings, bedding, tapware and lighting. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was huge for two people and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud

Nothing, this place is perfect
The best hospitality service we have experienced in a long time! Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, not to mention that we never moved the car for 5 days because you can walk to everything :D. Francesco and Francesca went out of their way to accommodate us and some last-minute changes to our booking. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Loved location and comfort of the bed. Very nice and helpful staff. The property is tastefully decorated and very clean, located close to many hikes and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast with super friendly staff. I would love to come back.

Federica and husband were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was lovely and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we had during our time away. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, we wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return.

Very clean and nicely equipped. Very cosy. Near the ski-lifts, you don’t need a car. The hosts are the most kind I have ever meet. Help you with advice, make a reservation for you at the local restaurant and even free your car from snow in the morning.

Wonderful location, beautiful view to the surounding mountians, next to cross country skiing trails with evening lightening, close to ski lift, the guest were extremly pleasent, genial, helping even with the luggage and checking availability of Restaurant and kitchen ouside working hours. Always ready to answer question, help with any request. The appartment is modern, very well design with sense for every single detail. extremly comfortable beds, cute artificial fireplace, nice bathroom with option of watter massage of neck. We even received fresh pastry on the doors each morning like from Santa Claus, that was so nice surprise. we loved it😊❤️

It was all perfect!
I truly can’t recommend Cima Dodici more highly. It was clearly very recently redone and every detail was taken into consideration: from the design that perfectly combines the rustic mountain surroundings with sleek modern aesthetics, to the quality of the bedding and kitchen appliances. State of the art skiing facilities and breathtaking hikes or cross-country skiing tracks can all be reached directly outside the B&B without needing to drive. The owners Federico and Federica are friendly, deeply knowledgeable of the area and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They recommended hikes, restaurants and even assisted us when our car had trouble starting in the morning. Other pros to note are: the comfort of the sofa bed (has a real mattress and doesn’t feel at all like most uncomfortable fold-out beds), Federica‘s stunning photos of the area decorating the entire structure and the lovely touch of fresh bread at your door each morning.
