The front office staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and cleaning staff were great as well. The breakfast is great . It’s. Little out of town but an easy 25 minute walk but plenty to look at on the way or there is a public bus that runs regularly and a shuttle bus from the camping ground nearby

The rooms were not well sound-proofed and you could hear people in the hallway/neighbouring rooms very clearly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Good value for money! The walk from Sorrento town centre is very manageable if you enjoy walking but the bus is also very reliable and reasonable!

However, the hotel's location presented some challenges. While it's situated less than 2 km from the city center, pedestrian sidewalks were not available along the entire route, making walking a bit precarious, especially when navigating vehicle traffic. Additionally, the rooms felt dated and there was a persistent strange smell throughout, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay

The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering valuable insights into navigating Sorrento, including tips on timetables and restaurant recommendations.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best but the cakes made up for it. We loved everything else about this hotel

Staff so friendly and welcoming. Giving us lots of information on the local area It was beyond clean! The traditional tiles & decor in the bedroom was beautiful. Lovely view of the hills & sea from our little balcony

What I didn’t like is that the parking was additionally charged. In the description it was standing that there is a parking. But you must scroll more to be able to see that they are charging additionally 20EUR for a day for the parking lot. As I said at the reception that I didn't know that we have to pay additionally the parking, they offered me to show to me on Booking where to find this information. No, your task is to write such expensive additional charges very clear, so the guests can see it immediately and does not have to search for it. They also were ignoring me later at the reception and were greeting just my friend. I think it is rude. You should be professional enough to handle my questions and feedback, especially than when a guest is disappointed. Tourists are paying, but enough is enough. The hotel was expensive enough and its location is on the end of the city. As we went to the town, we must take the car and again pay the parking in the town. I don’t think that the hotel with such location can afford itself to charge additionally 20EUR for a day for a parking. And if so, please write it in that way that it is easy to notice it. So, no, I would not book once more. If I knew we have to pay the partking additionally per every day, we could have had better hotel for that price.

The room was not very soundproof. We could hear them cleaning the hallway at 7:45am and just people passing through.

The staff was wonderful! They were very attentive and referred to us by name(every time). They had great suggestions of things to do. The room was a decent size and the bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing! So much choice. We will definitely stay there again.

The pictures showed a room with a view when we booked however we were not given the room with a view. The room was also a little small.

The property is very close to a swimming hole we were ver interested in and was also close to a bus stop and shuttle bus. Overall good stay, oh and breakfast was nice to have there!

The bathroom/shower was very small. No Lift which with my sister having an injured heal made it difficult. This was only an issue for us as we are in our 50's unfit and over weight. There was someone to take our bags to our room on arrival which was great. We went at peak time and the price per night reflected this.

The staff were great - made some lovely recommendations for Dinner - which there was a free pick up service to, food at them was superb and the view. Breakfast had heaps of variety. Was a short walk to Bus stop of Shuttle which we preferred to use. Is a little out of Sorrento so was quieter and view was lovely.

Be ready to Uber, streets are too busy and narrow to walk. We had to uber everywhere we went. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Bar was not open at all. We would have really enjoyed the dining room and bar had they been available. They even have a great outside area off the dining area. This hotel has great potential

Our stay was great, although short. Pasquale was incredibly polite, helpful and friendly. Their recommendations for dinner, boat tours and how to get in and out of town were most helpful. The view from the room is gorgeous. Breakfast is also delicious. We’ll get back again, for sure!

Spicy is on a very narrow busy street. Getting to the bus was dangerous.

Breakfast was very good, lots of selection. Staff are fantastic - very accommodating. Overall we made the best of our stay here, unfortunately the road was an issue for us.
