The room itself (apart from the terrace) was very small. I was alone and already had troubles with placing my luggage. It is fine for a weekend but might be uncomfortable for a week, especially if you are in two. The breakfast was rather poor (however, the salmon was very good). No elevator, but the staff helps with the luggage.

A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a Michelin star, is one of the best I have ever visited and not expensive. Just 4 km from Lecco, they are building a new road for those who want to walk there on foot.

The room, although really beautifully designed, very comfortable, with a wonderful private terrace and meticulously clean, is slightly cramped for two people. As we don't mind being close, this wasn't a drawback for us. The hotel is on the shady east side of the lake, so a little cold once you step out of the building in winder (we were there in February), but in summer this is most likely to be a great advantage as you will be able to sleep in cool temperatures without applying aircon

The hotel is located at a very quiet section of Lake Como in a romantic setting, protected by several beautiful old pine trees. It's a beautiful and well kept old building is tended with lots of love and care by its owners and staff. It featured a splendid breakfast with lots of culinary options. We found the staff as well as the whole facility was more like **** than ***. It is most likely that one star got removed due to the building lacking an elevator. Everything else, including the very classy dinner that we treated ourselves to, was according to **** or even more. The view from the dining room is exceptional and gives you a true romantic holiday feeling!

The breakfast can do better It's right in ZTL "Zona a Traffico Limitato", so i had to give my car's plate number to the hotel prior to my arrival so i wont get a ticket for driving up there! The staff was cooperative about it, but they didnt tell me untill i asked!

We had the most beautiful balcony with a view over the garden and the lake. Also the breakfast / dining area was very nice, it was surrounded by huge pine threes and had a lake view as well. We had dinner at the hotel every night and really liked the food. Our room was a bit small, but that was fine as we had a large balcony and also a quite spacious bathroom.

I would have loved a kettle so we could enjoy a cuppa in the glorious mornings on the terrace. The bill was a bit antiquated as hand written and not quite clear in some things.

The location was superb, the staff always helpful and pleasant, the rooms were on the small side but our terrace was large and the bathroom newly renovated. The restaurant food and setting were both excellent 👌

We loved everything about this place - the spectacular view from the balcony, delicious breakfast, spotless clean rooms and of course super friendly staff who made us feel like at home. I couldn't imagine better stay around Lake Como :) We also went for a dinner to hotel's restaurant and it was so worth it. Will be happy to visit again in the future!

The Michelin star restaurant was a bit disappointing. People were in jeans and T-shirts. We also had a pre wedding group close by who were very Loud. no lift, only stairs so you need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Very close to lake Como. Nice hotel, beautiful decoration and views. Nice breakfast, varied. Kind staff. Clean room full of all needed toiletries.
