There is steep entrans to the building, but it was ok for us.

The beutifull town, good restaurants, there is two cableway station and one of train to Resciesa. Villa Hubertus is very nice appartments building, we stayed at first floor, new ,very clean and comfortable appartment, with amazing view ! The appartment has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is free underground parking with access to apartments, that belong to apparrment. The hoste, Gerald, was very nice, kind and helpful.

They provided 4 coffee capsules on the first day we checked in (for 4 ppl apartment) but didn’t top up during our 3 night stay but offered to charge €5 if we would like more.

The location and the breathtaking view from our balcony. The apartment was practical and very clean. Gerald the host was friendly and helpful and always replied promptly.

Everything was perfect

Super clean and uncluttered. Spacious. Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook a few meals at home: pots & pans, dishes, utensils, a cooktop, ample counterspace. Loved the espresso machine, plus the complementary espresso pods and tea bags! We enjoyed chillin' & dining on the small terrace (beautiful view!). Really appreciated the maps and other literature about recommended activities in the area. Easy access from the bus from Bolzano/Bozen or Bressanone/Brixen: We got off at the St. Antonius Platz bus stop, and then it was a 3-minute walk to the public escalators, and then another 3 minute walk to Villa Hubertus. The host was super helpful via What's App, and always responded very quickly.

The kitchen was completely accessorized. The apartment was big and clean.location was excellent, about 5 minutes walking to every place in the center- there is an escalator was located a minute from the apartment. There was a free parking lot.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mirror available outside of the bathroom. This may present a slight inconvenience, especially if multiple people are getting ready at the same time. It might be worth considering adding a mirror to another area of the property, such as the bedroom or entryway.

The apartment was large, comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. Gerald was super helpful and accommodating. It was a great place to relax and base out of for the beautiful hikes.

i liked the parking space. very friendly staff. he welcomed us and gave us useful infos for grocery store and restaurant etc. my parents like the view from balcony. very close to all the gondola stations.

Location was in the heart of Urtijëi center. , room was very clean, The onweer Mr Gerald was so Kind and help us for everything we need. Highly recommended Especially for those who want to cook their own meals in the apartment the kitchen is equipped with every thing you need.

We arrived a bit early but, thanks to Gerald, We could check in early and were well provided for. Such friendly and accommodating host! The room had a great view of Ortisei and we would love to visit again!

What a fabulous, well located Apartment/Hotel in the heart of Ortesei. Perfect access to all the Cable Cars, Ski Lifts. With sufficient Car Parking too. We got a spacious apartment, with a big Terrace, and were thrilled to bits!

this is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location… steps to the Seceda lift and so close to a grocery and restaurants and shops. it is well maintained and squeaky clean. very comfortable for 4 for 4 nights.

Amazing location with a wonderful view of the mountain. Well appointed apartment. Gerald the owner, greeted us upon arrival and gave us a lot of advice and was extremely helpful. On the morning of departure he advised us of a road closure due to weather and gave us an alternative route for our drive, we appreciated his thoughtfulness very much.
