As most rentals we had in sicily, kitchen equipments, utensils are limited. It would be nice to have a chopping board and a cutting knife. It is like they do not expect you to cook. It is goid we brought a swiss knife which we used to cut. Even the forks and knives are broken even though the owner said they are brand new.The owner came immediately to replace the broken fork and knife since there were only really 4 of each so if one gets broken it gets limited right away. It is good we were only three.

Beautiful villa and, private parking, 50 meters to the beach. Close to the grocery store that is even open sundays. Very clean. Location is perfect to visit several tourist spots.

Great location, sea is at the arm's reach. Host was very nice and welcomed us at the gates to show around. Liked the garden and quiet, safe neighbourhood. Provided a baby cot upon request, free of charge. Price is very good, good value for money.

Apartment is in the quiet location on a private beach road. The garden and the terrace are excellent. Secure parking. Very close to the beach. Not far from train station with parking. The host is really responsive and helpful.

The dishes are worn and need replacement. We found insufficient cutlery, including plates and a lack of teaspoons. The availability of kettles, electric coffee pots, dishwashing detergent, and squeegee brushes was also insufficient. The gas stove is outdated, and we faced difficulties in understanding its operation. Additionally, the lighters provided for the stove were not very effective.

The address that the Booking.com navigation took us to was wrong. it was several hundred metres too far down the road.

Localization was wonderful - few steps to big and empty beach, center of the Campofelice di Roccella in walking distance. The host is very helpful and easy going. Apartment is comfortable for four- person family. I highly recommended.

There was no trash bin or trash bags in apartment. Some cattle for making tea or coffee would be desired.

Accomodation is next to the nice sandy beach, Just a few meters walking. The house has beautiful garden and really nice veranda (one opened, one closed). You can sit and relax there. Beds are comfortable, apartma is nice equipped with a kitchen on closed veranda. The owner Mr. Ray is very responsive and answers very quickly on the whatsupp. On our arrival he waited us infront of the main door to estate. He also gave us some advices about the closest shop and traveling. You can park the car infront of accomodation. This accomodation has a super location on the way to Palermo or Cefalu, if you need a rest or stay close to the beach.

Warning---don't use Google Maps from Booking.com as you'll end up in the sand! Apartment best suited for short stays without extensive cooking, as there were just the bare essential utensils in the kitchen and no leftover oils, spices, coffee, etc.

Location location location! At the end of the laneway was the beach, perfect for a long walk, and swimming (in warmer weather). The apartment was bright and airy with lots of space to be partially or completely outdoors. Host was attentive and available for any issues.

The property needs some tlc (loose toilet seat, broken chairs etc..). Although we were surprised that soap isn’t provided for a short stay, the owner was kind enough to give us some since we arrived late, so we appreciated it.

The location!! It’s a very short walk from the beach and it’s like a private beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful, very smooth check-in and check-out. The property has its own private area so we felt really safe and our mind was at rest that the car was parked in a safe space. Would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Small details should be taken care: -would be nice to add a hand soap in the bathroom -to renew the bed sheets/ towels -organise a recycling in the house (at least to add some trash bucket)

Quite big house with a private territory and safe parking place. The owner gently met us on place (even though we made a last min booking) and introduced us to his place. He also left his contacts, thus it was quite easy to reach him any time. The boiler didn't work, the owner managed the fix quite swift and after we came back home, everything worked well.
