Well, it’s a very minor point, but I was surprised to have paper cups in my room. Seemed incongruous with the high quality of the rest of the decor

This is a new property. A very large, villa and grounds that has recently been renovated as a hotel. The staff were great – very friendly, and helpful.

Nice place by the sea. The room was comfortable and modern. The staff was welcoming. However, this is not at a walking distance to the city center of Sanremo.

We have booked an economy room, but after entering it we have noticed a non working air conditioner. After we made a complaint at the reception desk, we have been offered a new room in the villa itself. However a surcharge was required to be paid (20 eur) but it was worth the money. Another problem was finding the correct road access. A better sign explaining correct route would come in very handy.

The car park was overfull and people parked randomly around the hotel buildings, blocking each other.. The room we had was not in the villa itself but in an apartment block next to it. The airconditioning didn't work. On the door there was the obligatory government notice detailing the prices for the accommodation, and the 'star' rating. The room was one star only (not three as advertised) and the official high season price was only about 30% of what we were actually charged. I was happy to book for the price, but disappointed by the misleading presentation on Booking.com, as the room was nothing like advertised.

Good location, close to beach. Nice garden. The hotel has an enclosed car park. The room was spacious.

We ordered breakfast for the whole family. Unfortunately, the child, breakfast was not very suitable. Beforehand, better clarify the menu at the hotel. Our baby was hungry.

We ordered an improved room with a view of the sea, the room was cleaned daily, there was air conditioning, there is parking for cars, the staff is very friendly. There is a nuance, the air conditioner works from the card, on the family given only one electronic key, but this is not a problem for us.

The room was a bit smaller than expected but that’s fine for a one night stop. What was really freaking us out that the cleaning lady started moving around at around 6:30 and she was very loud, my husband even had to look out to see what’s going on. Then you could hear phoning with the speakers on and constant talking on the isles. To be honest it’s not the best way to get some rest after you have driven several hours and the next day you also have some hours ahead.

The outside of the building looks pretty impressive. At check-in the lady explained everything well in detail and she was very nice even offering a hand for the luggages. If you are up for a walk, it’s easy to get to the city centre by foot and go to a seaside restaurant.

We booked the economic bedroom so our room wasn’t inside of the villa but another building and had nothing similar with announced pictures of the rooms. Room that we stayed in was really basic and the furnitures were really old. For what we paid, the room was way below our expectations.

Garden was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the beach.

The property is a really beautiful villa with a lot of history. Also the parc/garden was so amazing. The breakfast was also very, very good and with view on the sea. We will totally come back next year. I can totally recommend this really special and wonderful place.
