Our hosts were wonderful. Gracious, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruit, cheeses and antipasta. Setting was ideal above the fray, quiet and overlooking the lake. Highly recommend!

Everything about Villa Lina is exceptional. The Villa has been renovated to an exceptionally high quality. We had a stunning suite with an amazing view of the lake and a very comfortable bed. The service is very attentive and Lina provides a wonderful home-cooked spread for breakfast in the morning. I'm not surprised the this Villa is mentioned in Conde Nest Traveller magazine as one of the best places to stay in Lake Como!

Omg everything was 10/10, kind regards to owners of this amazing place. From the entrance through the beautiful gate to the view from the window and from the terrace where breakfast is served, something wonderful. We traveled with dogs and there was no problem with animals as well.

First of all, the owners are great; appreciated that they waited for us outside check-in hours. Also, they helped us get around the area. The breakfast was very good with mostly local, good quality ingredients. The villa has a private parking and it has a great location for visiting lake Como - close to the most known touristic spots. Also, the bed was comfortable - we had a good rest.

The villa is a Lake classic, beautiful and tastefully remodeled by Lina herself. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and elegant. The garden has direct view over the lake, where you will have a breakfast full of homemade goodies. The house is perfectly located between Villa Balbianello and Vila Carlotta and in the center circuit of the lake (Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna). Lina and Ale are amazing hosts, making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. You will not want to leave.

A little hard to find the hotel, but so nice when we finally got to the hotel.

Honestly this has been a top tier B&B experience. Nothing to complain of.

Beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable appointments (the bed, pillows, and linens were among the best I’ve ever slept on.) Very quiet, with the exception of church bells during the day (which were quiet at night), which did not bother us at all. The hosts were lovely and interesting people, the breakfast tasty, and you can’t beat the view you have with it. Located off the beaten tourist track but close enough to catch a ferry to anywhere (or the hosts can arrange a personal water taxi- though we did not use this during our stay), and plenty of good food and drink spots in walking distance.

We loved every moment we spent at Villa Lina and regretted not booking it for the entirety of our trip to Lake Como! It was our favorite part of the trip. The house is so beautifully decorated and well kept. The owners are fantastic, incredibly kind, super easy to talk to and so helpful! The location is amazing, walking distance to the ferry and in a super chill non-touristy area which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was great - super fresh with plenty of delicious options and pastries! I could spend all day talking about this place. A dream!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Our stay at Villa Lina was the highlight of our two week adventure in Italy. The Villa is magical. We could not believe we were staying in such a beautiful place which has been lovingly restored and furnished by Lina (who has great taste!). We booked the triple room and had an incredible view of the lake. Our room was also bright, airy, and just so charming. Lina and Alessandro are incredibly warm and welcoming, and make you feel at home. We were only staying for one day/one night so Lina gave us recommendations on the best way to maximize our time so we saw all the best things. We had a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning on the patio, overlooking the lake. Our stay couldn’t have been better!
