We could leave our bicycles save on the terrace. There was also a possibility to charges the bicycles. This is would be the main reason to go back there!

Our AC didn’t work which wasn’t a big deal but still worth mentioning.

No fridge. Terrible local parking.

Only a ten minute stroll to town centre or sea front. A charming period villa, boasting many antiques and Persian carpets throughout the public areas. Both daytime and evening receptionists were more than helpful in offering advice for parking, nearest beaches, finding milk for late evening tea etc

The wall between rooms was thin. And we stayed near the small road. Road was not so noisy but you can hear even when your neighbor cough.

The staff on reception was perfect. They helped us for everything. You can have a extra nice breakfast for 7 EUR.

Not all rooms have AC. The free wifi is only in the lobby area not the rooms. The shower pressure died when you turned up the temperature. The rooms are not sound proof so could hear the neighbours. No lift, so be aware if you’re bringing large suitcases.

We were very grateful for our free room upgrade as we wouldn’t have had AC without it, despite saying it would when we initially booked. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice to have the balcony.

We could hear other guests through the walls!

For what we paid, I didn't expect anything too fancy but it was advertised as having air-con - the staff explained the website had been recently updated and dealt with my enquiry well. Although the room was small, it had everything we needed for a short stay in Rapallo. Two minute walk to the sea front and five minutes to the train - ideal.

The floor of the room next to the window was VERY hot, and the AC worked but wasn't effective. Therefor the room was TOO hot.

Very friendly receptionist - fluent in English - very hospitable to help us out with finding parking, finding a good traditional restaurant and giving hints and tps regarding nice hikes/walks alongside the Sea from Rapallo (location hotel) towards Portofino (15 kms further )

Price was a little high because the season. Rapallo was niceclittke town but not too much to do for holiday- nice place to spend just one night.

We had room in the garden and it was nice- no steps and becauae the street was quiet, not too much noise in the room. Location near the beach was good. Possibility to park the car was also nice, but parkingarea is small.

Loved Pasquale. He will be working on updating the property. The staff is so helpful and very kind. I loved the front outside of the huge lobby- all needs updating but the space is nice. Also the upstairs patio. Has great potential and my daughter and I felt safe, comfortable and again they were so helpful.

The double bed was made of two single beds, and it could become annoying when they separated. The use of two single beds is understandable, but that was the only negative thing of the whole stay.

The staff was very nice, they were always available and suggested very nice spots in Rapallo and nearby. The hotel room was better than expected, everything worked fine and we had a great time.

Loud guests on balcony next door and terrace. No air conditioning so cannot close windows when it is a hot day. Hosts removed the guests from the terrace when we made them aware.

Location is excellent, easy walk to the ferry to Portofino. Hotel has two parking spaces which we were able to use. Hotel is old, has some beautiful furniture in the room.

Location of the hotel if very close to city center. Owner was very nice with a warm welcome, explained everything. In case you come with a car possible to park on the street right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a nice area to take a rest and also a room with balcony where you can sit a relax a bit. Location of the hotel even close to city center is very calm. Coffee machine in the room.

Extremely nice people ! Very helpful and friendly. I will come back ! The hotel was very comfortable and worth the money ! We had a coffe machine in the room with new capsule everyday...small details that makes a difference.
