The Dinner menu could have more variety for vegetarians. It got a little boring after a couple of days, given we stayed for six nights.

We had brilliant service from the hotel receptionists since we checked in all the way until we checked out. We had an issue with our rented car because we lost the key and they helped us a lot by talking in Italian to the rental car agency and explaining all the situation. They even got us desert as a courtesy in our dinner because of our bad moment.

There was no milk in the room for coffee and there was only 2 small coffee packets so we had to get more from the front desk. The outdoor table on the deck is way too big for the size of the deck. There should also be ironing board and an iron in the room.

The check-in process was a bit disjointed as the elevator was out of service and the staff was reluctant to help with luggage.

The hotel is modern, well furnished and in a great location next to the bike/hike path and central for exploring the valley. The outdoor patio is perfect for aperitif’s! The room had a small balcony across from a lovely little church and all the amenities. The food was excellent in the dining room however the lighting was a bit harsh for dinner dining.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location for discovering the area - spotless clean, comfortable bed, excellent amenities, delicious breakfast (cold press juicer is a huge bonus), sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and pool with view to the mountains and free parking. Above all stand the staff, especially Giulia who is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Breakfast could be better. There are not too many choices, unless you eat sweet stuff. The staff from the kitchen should prepare faster the food that was eated. We have waited 40 min for the bacon.

The hotel is very nice, clean and it has a beautifull view. The rooms are cozy, comfotable beds, good linen. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay there, as usual.

Ski lockers unavailable on arrival. Official skibus service to Campitello and Canazei is less frequent than we expected.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but maybe it is just my preference I like them a little bit softer.

The breakfast is simply perfect for a long day at the slopes, a lot of good options and plenty of fruits. The x-garden with the finnish sauna and the mountain views were the cherry on top, not to mention the Jacuzzi. A special greeting to Eliza who was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions.

The dinner was good but *very* slow. It always took two hours to get the meals served. Long waits up to one hour in between the courses. Regardless of if you got the fixed menu or a la carte. Also the dinner only starts 19:30, so you will end up eating 21:30 which is maybe not late by italian standards, but for us this is the time to go to bed.. It's not very easy to get to the sauna as it only can seat 6 people per hour. You need to reserve in advance and you won't get the time you'd want.

Breakfast was excellent, including freshly squeezed fruits or vegetables, fresh pastry etc. Perhaps only a few more items to put on bread (like there were no vegetables) would be even better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside sauna with outside hole in ice was great.

We loved the jackuzzi and spa, location - close to the ski slopes. The staff is really friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy this part of Dolomites. Great for cross country skiing too.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, modern. We loved the hot tub outside with snow all around. Very convenient to town and restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating when we had a family emergency. Thank you!!!

It would have been great if the hotel ran the shuttle throughout the day and in the evenings too but it was actually nice to walk out in the evenings in the snow and they were so flexible and sometimes would pick us up or take us into town outside of their normal hours.

The hotel was perfect. A little out of town but that meant it was more peaceful and they provided a shuttle to take you too and from the ski lift. Breakfast was great - we didn’t really love the dinner but there were plenty of options for restaurants nearby. The hot tub, sauna and ice pool were fantastic after a long day skiing. The Pizzeria Salin nearby is fantastic.
