The wifi barely works.

The private beach is really nice. Simple, but has a great view and was a pleasant surprise when we arrived to the hotel which helped us relax after a long day of driving.

Lack of storage space for small items and toilettries.

The location is superb with beach access only seconds away. We also absolutely loved the terrace breakfasts, the view and ambient is magical. Additionally, the staff is all very friendly and makes you feel welcome in the hotel. Would definitely return here some day.

Shower heads are not working the best, and the water isolation in the shower cabin is not good.

The hotel is on the perfect location, small hotel beach is great for kids and not crowded. Breakfast was nice, room and balcony were completely fine for out 5 days stay. All facilities are clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and polite. All in all it was a great vacation.

The rooms that have direct access on the lake need to be redone as soon as possible. Room 192 was very humid when we arrived, the shower was not hermetic (if you took a shower, you flooded the whole bathroom) and the ceiling had an ongoing leak that needs big fixing. The bed also needs to be relaxed, even if it was sort of ok. It is too bad because the hotel is fantastic and the personnel is amazing. But the rooms are just outdated and humid. Nevertheless, because the hotel is so well located and the personnel so great, I would come back!

Not a huge fan of the breakfast options and service was a little lacking - I attribute that to the fact that I was by myself and there were lots of families there but dinner was exceptional and I did just fine.

Location was fantastic- private beach area that was away from the main congestion- could easily walk the boardwalk into town but could definitely escape to quiet! Massage was also incredible! and the dinners were fantastic - best deal to pre-buy I've found in Italy!!

Garden areas were not well looked after with lots of weeds and poor flower beds which detracted from overall enjoyment of hotel.

The 'lake view' room had a very distant, obstructed view of the lake, which we were dissapointed with. The staff however did their best to offer us another room for 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. The new room had a beautiful view and balcony.

Breakfast was stunning especially eating on the terrace over looking the lake.

rooms themselves are quite outdated and really need a refresh at this price tag (carpets, bathrooms,....) dinner at the hotel felt slightly overpriced despite good quality, desserts were not up to standard.

great location directly at the lake, walking path to the old town swimming, canoeing etc possible straight from the hotel hotel gardens are fabulous and breakfast is good with a great view from the terrace easy for parking

Wonderful located, nice Villa with super friendly and professional staff (Diana at reception and Elisa as well as Giacomo at restaurant - as well very friendly housekeeping staff). Very good breakfast and the terrace is very nice / Also very good for a delicious and nice dinner!

Hotel seemed stingy with giving out drinking water. The hotel is also a bit of a walk to the nearest town (about a 20 minute walk), which was tougher with our young kids. The property is also easy to miss when driving there the first time. Lastly, the room door locks need a refresh. We had to use a physical key that required some maneuvering to properly lock the door each time.

Great breakfast, awesome views of Lake Garda from the property, very charming feel to the property. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Only a few things to dislike: showers need renovating as they are leaking, the Spa is in maintenance for weeks if not months...and the internet is not great

Wonderful garden, great position on the lake shore but not too far away from Maderno, accessible via a nice lungolago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and terraces are a bonus
