There was someone being extremely loud at 5 am. Maybe was a guest so I can’t really blame the B&B. Very thin walls. The toilet seat in room 4 needs to be replaced since it’s broken and uncomfortable to stay on. Having to pay extra to park was unnecessary when this is not really a hotel but an apartment for rent.

Good location and parking available. Very nice staff secure location. Good air conditioning and very friendly host.

We were very delayed in our travels, so we ended up arriving outside of check in time. Riccardo was very kind and explained how to get into the B&B over the phone. Rita and Nadia were very welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful to us both. Our room was true to the photos posted on booking.com

Level walk from station to a peaceful corner of Pisa near the river and from there into town centre. Host very welcoming and helpful accommodating our early arrival. Room on ground floor just large enough but comfortable and peaceful - with a kettle! Delightful light and airy dining room with good choice for continental breakfast.

The breakfast is fair good , the rooms was little bit small but for 2 nights not bad only thing some attention in bathroom drain because it was clocked , just some maintenance after all value for money 😁

When we tried to call to discuss the check-in time (we wanted to check in later than their allowed time 7 pm), communication is impossible since the staff didn't speak English. Although this is not a generic drawback, some inconvenience will be faced by international traveler.

I heard noise from room above me in the morning. Steps.

Very quiet location, no main road! So perfect for easy sleepers. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, lady in the kitchen made me coffee even though it was self service. Walk to the centre of Pisa takes about 25min along the river. So quite romantic and in the dark is lit all the way to the B&B. Very happy with our stay here.

The staff was wonderful. They served the breakfast a few minutes earlier because we needed to leave at the time of breakfast. Really Nice and wonderful people. The room was clean and quiet for a good night rest.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower head needed changing, the outlet holes were damaged, although it still worked enough to have a good shower. The toilet lid and seat needed fixing or replacing, it moved on one side.

It’s was easy to access, welcoming and friendly people, very clean, everything was there that you needed, even a very powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

The room is closed and stifled, the only small window in it is blocked and you can't open it from inside. The fan on the ceiling didn't help much. There was a problem with the lighting in the bathroom which the host fixed after I reported it to him. The lighting is not powerful as the room is spacious, very high and vast with a small window and only a single illuminating bulb thus the room looks gloomy.

Hospitable and helpful hosts who are available at the place most of the time. The house is located on a walking distance from the town center and the central station. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You can enjoy the sunshine in the small but neat garden.

Immediate surrounding area was fine, but I preferred the river walk to the side streets to get in and out of Pisa centre.

Everyone we met were really friendly, we dropped our luggage off to explore before our check in and we were offered coffee. Sweets and coffee machine in corridor outside room but tea making in room. 20-30mins walk from Pisa tower. Room and bathroom both clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, hot and continental style. 20mins walk to train station, then 5mins on Pisamover to airport

As it's close to the airport, the sound of planes was terrible, especially at night.

This place has a homelike atmosphere and friendly staff. Service was quick. All our enquiries were satisfied immediately. We had a family room with 4 beds in two rooms. Rooms had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was tasty and delicious, we were provided with drinking water and coffee/tea were available 24/7. As for cleanliness, it was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day with everyday changing towels and bed linen. The location is good. Everything was in a walking distance: airport, main sights. Property is located in a quiet area near the river. That's why we also had a nice window view.

Room was dusty, plus cracks in the walls. A/C lacks maintenance. Step in the bathroom is somewhat dangerous.

Safe parking secured by gate and owner generally around. We were treated very well and staff are very nice.
