The only minor downside is if you are wanting to be located in a busier area with plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from you are a 30 minute walk away. Locally there are three/ four restaurants but some are not open all the time. On the upside you are very close to a beach. This is not a negative just a heads up.

The room is brilliant, great spec, great balcony and Paula (hope that's spelt right) was brilliant. She is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever experienced and will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. She takes pride in the rooms and if you're happy she is happy. Thank you so much.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern with a balcony as well. The hostess, Paula, is a very kind and adorable person. She welcomed us heartily although we don't speak Italian but she can some english so we understood each other. The shower has lights which change color depending on the water temperature! I've never seen something like that. The restaurants and beach are 5mins walk from the property. During our stay, there was the rugbyfest on the beach. Loads of people there dancing, eating and drinking. Even families with small children. In the morning, Paula brought us coffee and croissants for breakfast (additional small charge) to get us started. There are parking places for six cars inside the gates.

Was not able to figure out the AC, but I didn't ask for help. The AC was available anyway. I would have preferred having more instructions in the room about the AC as well as the Wifi.

Great staff and attention to any request. The location is perfect for a nice walk at the center as well as fast beach access. Nice restaurants around and the perfect spot for some relaxing time a few minutes away from Desenzano Del Garda.

It is well located to Rivoltella and Desenzano! The room was large, clean and cool from the welcome air conditioning! the highlight was having not one, but two terraces to ourselves! The rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to lounge and sunbathe with a view of the lake! Paola, the owner is amazing, so friendly and hospitable! She arranged cappuccino and croissants each morning for 5€ and swapped numbers via WhatsApp so she was easy to contact! We would definitely return!

The lake view is a distant one, but the accommodation made up for it!

The accommodation was very clean and the shower was amazing - just what was needed after seeing the sights in 36 degree temperatures. Paola went out of her way to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible, even helping us with taxis when we were struggling to get to a family event on time. Highly recommended

To be picky the only thing was the upwards lights and lights around the jacuzzi bath would have been better if you could dim them down. Other than that it everything was perfect

The care and attention with the detail of the room and building was very apparent. The jacuzzi bath was a very luxurious touch. The beds where very comfy and the rooms, building and surrounding area of the ppace was very clean. The owner was very nice and super helpful with recommendations.

nothing! fantastic

the property is beautiful and in a great location where a lot of incredible areas are easily reachable by car. the rooms are incredibly clean with great natural light, super modern and spacious. we booked the room with the hot tub and it was spectacular! perfect for a couple. we were received by Paola and she was an incredible host, so kind and sweet and catered to all our needs. would definitely love to visit again, especially in summer time!
