The staff was super accommodating. Veronica in particular took her of us for any need. We were able to get a couple massage at the Spa located inside the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the pool. Amazing! I would stay again

The bed and pillows were quite old and stiff, the towels smelled a bit stale. The entry in to the garage was narrow and I couldn't fit my car so had to park outside.

The design and location are quite nice, lots of green around the hotel. Nice balcony setup if you've booked a room with it, there is parking in front of the hotel.

Constant strong mold/sewer smell in the bathroom, seems like they are trying to hide it with perfume. Could not even shower on the second because I was too disgusted. Rooms are a bit updated but the resort is pretty old. The breakfast is very basic. The only nice thing is the pool, and the staff is kind.

The hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays as well as most of the surrounding restaurants and there was no communication on this. As a solo traveler not from the area it was really frustrating to not have access to food and the staff, while very kind, did not offer any sort of help or advice on how to find a meal on a Sunday night.

The property was very nice and very well maintained!

Location is outside the city with no restaurants close by, room and hotel are very dated and need an update (not 4 star value), pool costs 10 euro per person per day and is located across a small road, breakfast was horrible, noise from party at night

It would have been nice if the pool was heated.

The location was nice, it was away from the business of town, but we were still able to walk to restaurants and pubs. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The view from the pool was pretty great as well.

you need to hire a car, it is a distance from anywhere and the restaurant food onsite is poor. spa / swimming pool is accessed through 2 gates and you have to climb over broken paths and tree root to access - not great for anyone with mobility issues

the spa was never open and they won’t post the hours. I think the lady just wanted to go home and so they closed early or didn’t open. the only reason we choose this hotel was for the spa facilities. we had dinner 1 night and I can only describe it has disgusting. everyone got food at different times. with one person getting their first and second at the same time. there were 5 of us and another couple so I’m not sure why it was so difficult. the food itself was awful. no flavor and fried fish was not cooked fully I found a frozen piece . the property is definitely dated but it’s comfortable and the staff are just fantastic this is the only reason they got a higher rating.

The breakfast was fairly poor. Eggs were cold. Not a single vegetable available at breakfast. Spa facilities not available for kids (11 and 12 years old) which was not mentioned on the website. Swimming pool was very nice but ice cold so only good during summer. Steam room not available for free as stated on the website.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were cosy and clean.

The only thing I didn't like is that the spa facilities were not available every day. I I would have loved a massage. That was not available every day, only two or three days a week, Unfortunately on the day that the masseuse was coming I had other commitments.

Villa Morgana is absolutely beautifu!!l It is so tranquil and peaceful.. A true gem,! Every staff member is exceptionally ,kind , polite and respectful, also helpful in any way that they can. My room was very large. I had a beautiful view of the lake with a balcony , with table and chairs. , Every morning I could open my window and hear lovely birds singing. . Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional offering a wide variety of delicious cakes to choose from, egg, cheese, meats, fresh fruit etc, not to forget your choice of personally made coffee drink. Dinner was equally good and varied each night. The pool was in a quiet ,peaceful area ,so lovely with a view of the lake. I look forward to returning to Villa Morgana each day from whatever activity I had been doing.. It was the perfect Oasis.

Parking is very limited. Breakfast is very poor serving espresso in plastic cups. No choice of salamis. Waiter incompetent. Front office personnel very careless. Lift dates back to the 80’s.
