The lady that runs the place is very very kind. The same I can say about her daughter who gave us a bigger room but with the same price. Sirmione old town is 15-20 min by foot, so location is very god.

It was amazing time in Sirmione, the location of the hotel is just perfect - walkaway to the main spots but quite enough to be off of noise and people crowds. Hotel has a private parking that was important for us coming to Sirmione by car. Personal is very welcoming and ready to help in any time. The room was beautiful, cosy and very clean. It has more then we expected - there was even a fridge and teapot. As well it has an amazing balcony that offers a view to the lake. Really nice place to stay. Hope to come back one day.

The place is absolutely amazing, room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was a little small, but that did not affect our comfort :) And the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would definitely recommend this place :)

The property was very beautiful. We chose a garden room and it was just unbelievably scenic and we enjoyed our time there.Our host was just the sweetest lady, she left us snacks and enough coffee to last us until the next morning. She spoke little English but her kindness was like nowhere else we stayed in Italy. And because of that Lake Garda will always be close to my heart.

right in the centre of Sirmione only a short walk to the castle. the room was exactly what we needed, and they cleaned and made the bed each day. the balcony was a lovely addition. we were hosted by mother and daughter and both so super lovely and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. there is ample parking if using a car. I would definitely recommend staying here again and will do if I visit Sirmione again.

The A/C worked, but honestly wasn’t enough for the room under the roof, which was very poorly insulated. I woke up in a pool of sweat. But room was beautiful and overlooking the lake, so we managed with a lot of cold showers😃

This place - the hotel itself and the room look actually way better in the reality than on photos. We were pleasantly surprised, because the price was one of the lowest in this location at that moment. Personnel was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely room with airconditioning and lots of space in de 2 bedrooms (familyroom). And we had a large balcony with a beautifull view of Lago di Garda. Our hostess was very kind en caring and also housekeeping was very good. We loved our stay there.

the location was excellent, with private parking and set back off the main road so it was quiet. There are restaurants and cafes and a beach just across the main street, where you can even hire a speed boat! We swam in the lake !

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and with lots of nice small things to make our stay even more comfortable (snacks for breakfast, chocolate, etc.). The hotel's location is perfect, Garda is just within 100 meters! The territory is very green. And last but not least for us, the presence on the territory of the hotel of an adorable cat who enjoys so much the hugs :)
