Very helpful staff, excellent facilities. Great location close to city but away from the hustle and bustle. Nice to be able to get back to a calm oasis after a busy day in the centre of Rome and have a dip in the pool.

Beach holiday type of hotel on the outskirts of Rome. You can combine a visit of Rome with a beach holiday type of experience. Very nice pool with superbe rooftop bar and restaurant. Everything in excellent shape and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Probably the best hotel I ever booked on booking.com.

We we disappointed that the rooftop bar and dining was closed during our stay. It is not open during some months.

Our first room was over reception and very noisy so we moved to a much quieter room but it was for the handicapped which created other issues.

The staff was very friendly. Thank you, Giorgio and Paolo. The Hotel looks nice. Even though it is not located in the city centre, it has a nice view. Good parking as well.

The room os suitable for 2 people and not for 4. The beds are not 140 cm wide.

Swimming pool was closed. They said it is only open on Saturday and Sunday's which was disappointing. Restaurant staffs can be bit more friendly. Especially during breakfast, the staff's are not very friendly.

The room was incredibly spacious, more akin to an apartment than a hotel room, and featured a stunning view that captivated us throughout our stay. The design was both elegant and practical, boasting a well-equipped, cozy sitting area with a separate TV, and a large, comfortable bed that provided a perfect night's sleep. The addition of a small kitchenette with complimentary coffee, tea, and water was a thoughtful touch. Storage was ample thanks to a roomy closet, and the bathroom was luxuriously appointed with both a separate shower and bathtub. We particularly enjoyed the dual balconies furnished with comfortable terrace seating—a lovely spot to unwind. Internet connectivity was excellent, with strong and fast WiFi, ensuring a seamless online experience. Despite the hotel's tranquil, remote location—which was exactly what we were seeking—it was conveniently accessible to the city. A scenic walk through the nearby park leads to the city center, and the hotel offers shuttle bus service both morning and evening. The SPA area was a haven of relaxation, complete with an indoor pool and a variety of saunas (Finnish and Turkish), which enhanced our stay. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure; we had a wonderful meal at the bar and the breakfast options were both generous and delicious. This hotel truly made our weekend in Rome unforgettable. Room was really comfortable , exceptional breakfast, staff was very nice. There was a pool opened from 10am to 8pm. Very helpfull reception staff. Hotel a bit outside of centre, but there wasa shuttle bus to Vatican 5 euros per person and taxi to colloseum was around 20 euros
