The only thing I would say negative was they could use some dimmers for lighting in public dining areas . Very bright if you loose a contact lens lol

A very nice hotel on the lake. It provides an amazing scenery from its restaurant especially early in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great.

No pets policy, we may not be able to come back as we normally only travel around Switzerland with our dog

Everything was lovely, the setting is beautiful, the rooms are modern, the breakfast is good, the view wonderful. We stayed on a rainy weekday off season so did not get to enjoy the terrasse or the beach, but would have wanted to!

Nothing! It was excellent!

Situated on the shore of Lake Maggiore the hotel is in a brilliant location with stunning views from the restaurant. The room was superb and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant great and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was the best we had this holiday with a fantastic choice to suit all tastes.

Everything was great.

The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size. The shower was the best I have seen in a European hotel. And the views… absolutely amazing. The breakfast was also tasty and easy with the spectacular views. Free parking was super convenient.

Location a bit far from the Arona area, you are almost not able to walk there, and around the hotel were few restaurants open at the time we spent there, but the hotel had good food so that was alright. Overall perfect stay and we will recommend this hotel alot.

This hotel is like a pearl, perfect view over the lake, swimming pool and the area around excellent and also nice to have a private beach. Staff helpful and everything very clean, both the lobby and the rooms. Shower was really good and food at the restaurant was really really good both the breakfast and the dinner, they had also a fresh orange juice and for our 12 days stay in Italy that was the only hotel who offered that for free. Bonus point for that.

We stayed only one night. Very nice room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the lake and the sunrise from the room's windows. Very nice breakfast. Ten minutes drive to Arona.

We would have liked to walk on the private beach after dinner, however the gate was closed at 20:00.

The hotel and the surroundings are so beautiful close to Lago Maggiore. We only staid for one night and were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very nice with view over the lake and the bed was comfortable. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was good.

the beach was disappointing as the shoreline was very messy and not inviting for wading. it was nice to jump off the dock however when we wanted to swim. plenty of chairs and a nice view from the beach.

wonderfully renovated rooms and hotel. staff were personable and helpful throughout our stay. dinner at the restaurant was wonderful as well as small lunch on the terrace and breakfast. nice bar services too for the evening. super views of the lake and wonderful pool facilities.

Nothing there is absolutely nothing not to like

This was an amazing hotel. Totally exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough. The location, right on the lake was breathtaking and the facilities, towels for the beach were an added bonus. Dinner was delicious and service exceptional
