The only thing was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning running.

Amazing breakfast and gorgeous pool. The room was clean with a nice terrace and everything you’d need. The staff was nice and our stay was wonderful.

The only downside is that Moniga is small so you need a car or take a bus to other lakeside resorts.

There is no heating in the room, just air conditiong with +19°C as max temp. Could get chilly if outside temp is low. Pool should open earlier to get a morning swim before breakfast, now it opened 9:00.

Location good except that one needs a car to get around. If just a lake side relaxation is needed it is perfect. Breakfast good, rerpresents quite standard variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms big and clean.

We stopped here for a night on our way back home on our European tour. The hotel was great and a dip in the pool was just what we needed after a long day's travelling. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good way to start us off for the next leg of our journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little walk uphill to find any restaurants which some might find a bit taxing. Views out over the pool and grounds to the lake beyond were very nice. The on site parking was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel bar closing at 10:30 pm (last cocktails at 10:10 pm). Twin beds (sliding off from each other). One room card for a couple stay. Check out at 10am.

Close to the lake front (3min walk). Nice breakfast. Nice, informative and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, with plenty of sun beds around it.

Cons - Unfortunately the air conditioning was working very badly, it was also around 28 C in the room, supposedly because it was hot outside. There were more clients complaining about the poorly working air conditioning.

This is 4 star hotel but no gym / tennis, not much services close by. Moniga village is not very charming when compared with the rest of Garda

The taste/quality of the food at the breakfast could be slightly better. The door at the bathroom is not creating the intimacy that someone might need towards the other people in the room

The hotel is very nice located and the rooms that have a lake view are really worth. The view is spectacular. The room itself was large, clean and very nice. Comfortable bed so everything what you need to relax.

Uncomfortable bed (hard pillows). Room accessed via outdoor external stairs and fire escape. It would be expected that rooms would be accessed via an internal staircase. No lift to this particular first floor room, so need to struggle up through external staircase with luggage. Slippy when wet (as it was when we arrived). I would not like to get to this room after dark. Not good for a 4* hotel! Room advertised as having garden view, in fact it was partial view of garden, "view" was of a wall. Balcony not private, no screening.

Location 1 min from the lake walk path. Breakfast with various choices, fresh fruits and fantastic service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Standard of the rooms outstanding! Plenty of car spaces and outside pool.

Semi- transparent bathroom door. That really is the only semi negative thing I can say, so tolerable!!

The room was very nice and very clean . Recently renovated. Good breakfast with many options and nice setting being poolside with lake view. 5 min walk to lake.
