The apartment was super cute and ideal for a couple. Location great, it is in the middle on the Val d'Orcia, 10 mins away from Montepulciano and Pienza. Futura, the host was super nice and she gave us some amazing recommendations. Totally recomended!

The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and it's in short walking distance from the old small town of Montichiello. The town is less crowded than other Tuscan towns, as least in October. We were welcomed with a cake and bowl of fruits. Futura and her family were so nice and willing to help. Among the first options when we plan to return to Tuscany.

Do not remember anything which is not convinient.

The location is in the center of Tuscana, very easy to visit surrounding areas. We like the big and bright sitting rooms, all cooking facilities are very convinient to use, we love the cake which was given as a gift, very tasty, bed is comfortable, bathroom is big and clean. Generally speaking, almost everything is good.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and very well equipped. The owners prepared a few bits for arrival - basics like tea, coffee, sugar, and then some extras like pasta and a cake - what a lovely touch! The location is great - fairly secluded (though there are 2 other apartments within the building), with a private balcony. However a 5 minute walk up the hill and there are some lovely restaurants to go to in the historic old town. There is also a mini market about 2 minutes away that does some lovely (but slightly expensive) fresh meat/bread etc. The apartment had everything we wanted - hairdryer, iron etc, and there was even a washing machine downstairs to use for free and an airer in the apartment which was really useful.

The photos doen't do it justice!!! The view, the location, the decoration... everything was great. Fruit basket and home made cake helped a lot. Futura and her family are a very nice and hospitable host. Montichiello is a very beautiful little medieval town with good dinner options and fantastic views of Val D'orcia and Pienza...

The only thing that could have made this villa perfect was the view - Monticchiello is famous for its view over the valley, but the way this villa is placed that view is blocked by another house. However, Futura and her family curated the most gorgeous garden that is outside each window, and a few steps outside the front door gives you the view I described. No complaints!

Futura and her parents were wonderful and so thoughtful. They even left a freshly baked almond cake as a welcome gift, and it was delicious. I hope to bring the rest of my family back here one day - I've been to Monticchiello before (it's my favorite area in Tuscany), but this was my first time staying at Villa Polliflora and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was thoughtfully managed and decorated, and the whole villa was spotless. The icing on the cake was Futura's super sweet orange cat, who made fast friends with us upon our arrival. Thank you again, Futura, for such an amazing stay!

Everything was perfect - nothing negative.

Our stay at Villa PoliFlora was exceptional. The accommodation itself was lovely and warm with a rustic style and all the modern commodities that made our stay both authentic and comfortable. There is also a beautiful garden with numerous plants, some fluffy friendly cats, and even a small playground for kids on the ground floor. The hosts are really lovely people; we met our host Futura both during our arrival and departure and she was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. At last, the location itself was just great just in the heart of Val d'Orcia and the countryside next to the cute little medieval village Monticchielllo with a lot of character and a lovely view of Pienza and Val d'Orcia.

We had an amazing time at Villa PoliFlora. Received warm welcome from the hosts with homemade pie and other delicacies. The house is super cozy and very well equipped for long stays. Everything looks even better than in the photos. Nice mini market and restaurants nearby in the beautiful surroundings. Very much recommended.

We loved the location, the view, the old town and Bronzino restaurant in the old Monticchiello. The property is easy to find. A host was nice and super helpful. She suggestet some nice places and spots to visit. After a long drive a fresh home made cake was waiting for us. Mmmmm :)

Perfect location to explore Tuscany. Apartments are spacious and well kept. Hosts are extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Our second stay here. Can’t wait to return.

Everything was very nice, highly recommend.

Good location, beautiful rooms, very clean. We have an apartment on the first floor, It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom( The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a shower), large living room with equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with exclusive view. The Villa is surrounded by a green garden with free adjacent parking. Wi-fi is free. Te staff, Futura, was very nice, professional, very kind, very fluent english.

The only thing I would suggest is having an air condition as it gets pretty hot during the summer months.

Futura was an exceptional host, very kind and attentive. She tried to accommodate to all of our needs, gave us all necessary information and made phone calls for reservations. The apartment was very big and nicely decorated. Everything was neat and clean. The garden is beautiful and the view of the town is great. We were greeted with a freshly baked cake and Futura was very understanding concerning delays of arrival or change of plans. The apartment is in very short walking distance of the historic town. I would definitely recommend Villa Poliflora and we would come back here next time.

Amazing aura of being here in the center of Tuscany. Very cozy apartment with cute age-marked details an marvelous view to the Val d'Orcia. Very helpfull host Futura answered to all our questions. We spend evenings in the cute garden eating Futura's mother homemade cake. It was delicious. Thank you for coloring our trip.
