We found that for 2 people, with a reasonable amount of luggage there wasn't enough drawer, closet or surface space. Some minor maintenance issues, light bulbs in the staircase, water containment when showering but generally good

The common area/lobby lounge is a great place to gather, interact with others which is parti ularly important in such a small town. The space was comfortable, attractive. The location was convenient, the front desk and restaurant staff were helpful

The shower, as in all the comments, works poorly, and they never came to fix it during our entire 4-night stay. The hotel parking lot is about 15 blocks away, it has valet parking, but to go look for some objects I had to wait several hours for someone to take me in the hotel car and then return me. The pool is on an appointment basis... it is taken out the day before and you can choose in the morning or afternoon, the system is quite cumbersome especially taking into account the excursions. The waiters are quite bad-tempered, they get angry at anything, especially with children! And the receptionists are terrifying... we spent 1 hour and a half checking out because I didn't want to divide the cost of the stay between 2 credit cards, or make 2 charges with the same card. After exhausting all possibilities and at our insistence (already loud) they agreed to collect the amount in 2 parts and in 1 minute everything was solved, but we lost almost 2 hours, when the problem was with their device to charge the stay with foreign cards!

A great decision to stay is minori, since it is a small city, with a beautiful beach and restaurants. Ideal for doing everything on foot. The important thing is that it does not have ups and downs like Amalfi, Positano, etc. The hotel is a very comfortable 4-star hotel, with an excellent breakfast and good facilities. The staff is quite irritable, especially waiters and receptionists! They could be much nicer!

We had problems with our electrics, the lights/air con kept tripping and it took a few days for them to get someone out. Maintenance staff don’t speak English so it was hard to describe to them what the problem was.

The location is absolutely perfect, the hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The rooms were plenty spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows.

The translation of some of the menu for the set evening meal wasn't sounding very appetising or wasn't what it intended. I.E Vegetables in Milk was really Vegetables in a light batter. Baked potatoes were roast potatoes, etc. Oh and no tea and coffee-making facility in the room.

Breakfast was a Classic continental breakfast with a small selection of hot food. It kept my son and Wife happy. The room was bright, clean and cool even without the AC on, but it was hot. The pool was for reservation use only, so it was never crowded. It was great for an afternoon to cool down and relaxing.

Our room was on then side of the building with a window facing another building. the room was quite dark. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on and they controlled it from reception. This isn’t good with children as it was turned off on the night and we had 4 of us in a room so it got quite hot.

The swimming pool was out of action, as it was being refurbished, which slightly spoilt the Holiday. Also there were no tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom . We were unable to get an English channel on the TV in the bedroom.

Communication through Booking.com app/website was non-existent as no messages were replied to. I ended up phoning. Spa across the road was closed.

Lovely hotel - decor is very nice with lovely features, furniture and artwork. Rooms were comfortable, albeit the twin room was very small. Very nice pool area with bar - small but wasn’t busy. Good breakfast. Easy walking into town.

The comfort provided by the hotel doesn`t quite deserve 4 stars. The beds aren`t so comfortable and some rooms (we stayed in such one) aren`t so bright. If they would invest and refresh the facility, it would indeed reach the expectations of the visitors, who pay for the 4-stars level of comfort.

Breakfast was ok, the hotel has an interesting Italian flavour/style, which I enjoyed a lot. Quiet, nice, probably one of the best in Minori.

The bathroom needs updating. The room is far too small for 3 people. It was disappointing considering how much we paid. They should help clients with beach access.
