Villa Sara is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Our bedroom was very large and had a lovely private terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Etna.The Breakfast Room also looked onto Mount Etna ,which was an amazing vista. Our host Nico was very welcoming and helpful. He was a mine of information and provided us with all the information we needed about places to visit, restaurants ,bus and train timetables and of course great breakfasts.

No lift but owner carried suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

We liked Villa Sara a lot! Domenico was a great host who recommended us many restaurants, places to visit and explained how to get there. The room was spacious, well furnished and clean but the biggest value of Villa Sara is the spectacular view from the terrace overlooking Etna and the bay. You can sit and watch it for ever! Grazie mille Domenico!

Domenico was an incredible host! He was ready with every recommendation for Taormina and even provided me with the timetables for the local bus dependent on where I was going. The villa has an amazing and breathtaking view. Can definitely recommend staying here! - not the last time I will visit this place.

The host Domenico was extremely friendly and paid, he was very knowledgable and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. He sent us timetables, restaurant recommendations etc. The breakfast and home was lovely, with such an amazing view! Definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again if I visit Taormina in the future.

Everything was perfect, the rooms were spacious and clean and the view was stunning. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicous. It was very close to the historical center by foot and also close to the bus station.

Location was amazing. Breakfast looking out over Mt Etna and the ocean. Domenico the host was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond sending us bus timetables, restaurant and beach recommendations, and being flexible with breakfast timing to suit our needs. Breakfast each morning was great. It came with conversation and energy and made an enjoyable start to each day!

Domenico was such a great character, and he tries so hard to make sure his guests have everything they need. 10 minute walk down the hill to the main restaurant and shopping strip, otherwise shuttle buses and taxis available. Great breakfast with views of Mt Etna in the morning!

The air conditioning cooled poorly. It was not comfortable, we felt it in the great heat, more then 40.

The apartment has a good location, but be prepared for an uphill journey. It is clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. Domenico is very kind and helpful, he will advise you on everything. We spent a lovely time here.

Domenico was the best host. He felt so bad that we had terrible weather as if we were his relatives! :) Beautiful home, it feels like you are in an antique museum. Delicious breakfast. Amazing views from the house. Just a 10-12 minute walk (uphill) from downtown.
