This is as close to heaven as can get. Perfect estate, 7 rooms of different sizes all specious and inviting. Great outdoor facilities including a great pool to enjoy in fine weather. Hosts are welcoming and generous. Merav’s cooking for dinner exceeds most top rated restaurants. Fine cuisine at it’s best. Will return

It's difficult to write everything down here what made our stay fantastic. The accommodation is fantastic, the surroundings and the view are amazing, the pool is awesome. The finishing touch was the great atmosphere created by the wonderful people Merav and Dror. They made us feel like like home at this wonderful place. The cooking of the lovely Merav made us stay there for dinner every night in a great atmosphere with the other guests. Last, but not least we have to mention the hospitality of lovely Dror. Thank you guys very much, we hope to be back again in the future.

Everything is wonderful there. Merav and Droor are welcoming and they took nicely care of me. Breakfast on the terrace brings you into holiday mood; Merav is preparing each evening another special & tastefull dinner, considering your wishes and possible intolerance. The place is quiet, very clean and perfect to take a few days off from the daily stress. I will come back!

What a wonderful 5 days did we spend in Villa Shmitanka: where dreams come true! The room was very comfortable, the garden full with flowers and I never saw such a high quality green grass. The view over the hills during a delicious breakfast and from the swimming pool is magnificent. And then our host, Merav: what a women! She made us feel at home and spoiled us with her gentleness, wisdom and last but not least: her food. The food she made for diner was simply delicious. Every dish is unique, Merav does not use recepies, she cooks intuitively. We've never eaten such a delicious melanzane, fish and sea fruit. An absolute must.

staying with Merav and Dror was far beyond our expectations . The couple who run the place do their best to make you feel at Mers. As for the food - The Breakfast was rich and tasty and the dinners were awesome, Merav cook the food all by herself and it was even better than eating in a local restaurant Dror (the other half of Merav) always look for ways to make you happy and sutisfied. The rooms are big and always mainta, the surrounding area inckluding a pool and sauna is so beautiful and very well maintained. we'll for sure come back again and we highly recommend everyone who looks/seeks for beautiful place and area which give peace to soul and mind so pay a visit Villa Shmitanka for few days . it surely worth it.

That we had to leave so soon.

We loved the food and the owners are excellent hosts. They take their time to make the guests feel comfortable and looked after which also counts for the luscious garden from which we all ate lovely veggies and fruits. After dinner we had nice chats over a beautiful glass of wine.

Even if our holiday started with a little misunderstanding about the dinner, they were super kind and that is something that kept on doing the next days. We will definitely be back.

Villa Shmitanka is a great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house, the rooms, the garden, the swimming pool are very beautiful. The 360 view on the surrounding hills are amazing. The whole accommodation breaths luxury. Merlav and her husband are great hosts and we really enjoyed the great dinners and breakfasts Merlav prepared. She is such a great cook, energetic host doing everything to ensure a great stay for her guests. We can certainly recommend Villa Shmitanka for a great Italian experience.

Everything - the villa is a piece of paradise in the Marche. The food is amazing, setting gorgeous and the house and rooms decorated with extraordinarily style. The owners are extremely welcoming and treat guests with great warmth.

Nice location, 360 degrees view. Beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Hosts are very friendly and willing to please. Breakfast was tasty. Dinner was more than excellent. We had great stay and will definitely return.

Absolutely nothing—we will definitely choose Villa Shmitanka for our future visits to this area.

The views of the surrounding hilltop towns from the property were outstanding, the rooms were large and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast and dinners were exceptional (I have a gluten allergy and the meals prepared were as good as ones I would get in a highly rated restaurant!) But without doubt the best part of our stay were our hosts—they were friendly, caring,and extremely helpful.

A beautiful house with wonderfully stylish, elegant quirk - and the same can be said of the hosts. I stayed there the night before I was to see the tiny house I had bought, unseen in real life, in the midst of a pandemic, for the first time and this accommodation was the perfect choice: a warm welcome, a beautiful room and wonderful food. Truly unique and truly lovely.

From a great room with a view we tumbled into a fresh and healthy breakfast every morning made by our host and supercook Merav. At night her surprising dinners gave us a taste of international flavours and Italian touch served by her dedicated partner/owner Dror who masters the art of subtly and relaxed hospitality. The hosts Merav and Dror made our stay unforgettable by making us feel welcome, sharing tips for trips and beautiful conversations. The design inside and outside of villa Shmitanka is wonderful !

This is what we call a holiday: a nice villa surrounded by a marvellous landscape, a cosy, tastefully decorated interior, comfortable rooms, etc. Top of the bill are the hosts, who were so kind and helpful. From early morning till late in the evening they are doing whatever they can to make your life easier and more comfortable. The slogan of the house is “where dreams come true”, and this is even an understatement!

A stay at villa Shmitanka is like opening the best christmas gift under a beautiful christmastree with the best cake. The scenery is the first 'wauw', the swimming pool the second, the room the third and Merav and Droh's hospitality the fifth. We decided to eat at villa Shmitanka and Meravs cooking combined with Droh's fine selection of wine is the icing on the cake. Delicious and so romantic with the swimming pool that is lightend and the view. Breakfast is also very good with the best yoghurt, fresh fruits, eggs,... They are truly perfectionists and their perfectionism is noticeable in all the details but still you feel comfortable and at home. It makes you want to come back and you even think 'if I could only live here' ... ❤

Location is fabulous, attention to details in decoration and respect of the local style. Merav is a wonderful cook. When you ask the owners if they like their job, they answer : “it’s not a job, it’s a dream we share with our guests”. And you can feel it during your stay !
