location worked for us as family are nearby, but please know this is a down market suburb of Milan and if you want a Milan trip I recommend you stay in a more central location.

The staff at the check-in/out were excellent, good size & spotless room, very comfortable bed sheets, breakfast was great and again the staff were very nice and attentive. Although an hour of power outage and it was soon back on. Secure parking inside the hotel court yard was very plentyful.

The room was not very big; the cleaning service not dependable. The hotel's location is not an advantage - it is on the edges of the city and while there are a few good shopping centres within walking distance the lack of a good, mid-range restaurant nearby was a drawback.

Facilities were a bit rundown and in need of renovation: minibar was not working, mould in the shower corner, carpets a bit threadbare. Breakfast was ok, but on the weekend we had to wait quite a bit before being served.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The villa itself is really nice, and the sofas in the courtyard are perfect for relaxing. The nearby Parco Nord is great for a walk.

Everything seemed very good to me, except for the soundproofing in the room, which needs updating. Ambulance sirens from the road surrounding the hotel grounds could be heard constantly, as well as noises from the neighboring room.

The building is a beautiful restoration of an old villa, with a large patio and garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast included a wide variety of fresh and local products in an amazing dining room with ancient frescoes on the walls. The bathroom was clean with many amenities. Free, large parking outdoors.

Rooms at 5 degrees outside were overheated and the aide adjacent to the main street is extremely noise. one has to avoid it. restaurant was overpriced for what it is.

The items on the breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon) were not filled up regularly, especially if you come a bit late. But we also did not ask for a refill either.

Nice location next to a park with a private free parking + garage. The staff was friendly and the room clean. There is a smaller mall across the street. We left the car at the hotel and took the metro downtown (M5, BIGNAMI, 10min. walk, 2EUR one way) .

Lots of problems during check-in - credit card details not properly recorded, door key not working etc. Finally they had to change the room. Very poor breakfast for 4* hotel and that price. I haven't found any link to Hilton...

The breakfast was correct, but always the same for 4 days was a bit boring. The site was quite noisy as the hotel is located next to a main road in the middle of an industrial area.

The staff was extremly kind and helpful. First we weren't totally satisfied with our room as it was on the groundfloor next to the staircase of the garage, so it was pretty dark and depressing. We got a new room on the first floor which was beautiful.

Looking closely, one could see broken and cracked elements. The breakfast was both stingy and wasteful at the same time. Could use a full reconceprualization.

Absolutely beautiful and unique location. The villa has such charm and old-world grandeur. The staff is lovely and so helpful, the rooms are quite big and beautifully designed - and they are very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was good too, there were a lot of options, from savory to sweet. I ordered room service at night and it arrived right on time and was delicious. It was a great experience, it’s a shame I was only there for one night. I will have to stay lingering next time.

Please remove the listing oif Soundproof walls. They are not. I moved room twice and it was still noisy. What was meant to be a relaxing night away was horrendous. They need to just that sporting events are in nearby with loud crowd noise and remove that rooms are soundproof. This was a major consideration of selecting this hotel as I have a heightened sense of hearing. Even with earplugs in I couldn’t escape the noise. Squeaky floorboards. Uncomfortable pillows. Warm shower
