The villa is fully equipped, there was an iron, a coffee maker, an orange juice squizzer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and many more, absolutely everything we needed. The owner - Sara, doesn’t speak english, which I knew from the reviews so I came prepared with google translate to check in. Not knowing english isn’t a problem nowadays. She is a lovely person and will help you with anything! I think the pool was heated, the water was warm, we were in May and there was not a day that we didn’t use the pool. You can have a barbeque and sit by the pool. You can park outside the property for free, btw. do not visit Sicily without a car. You can see Etna from the parking space. We asked for a sweet breakfast and had many croissant and other pastries. I totaly recommed this property for a group friends or family.

I would not say I didn't like, but definitely a limitation: 1. Neither of the hosts speak English, otherwise it would have elevated the experience even more. They are both very pleasant people with loads of experience and one could have very pleasant and informative conversations with them. 2. Internet coverage on the property is limited which can easily be extended. It is just because of the two points, that I have rated value slightly less.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great swimming pool and a lovely garden. Sara and Memo are very enterprising, and great hosts. The welcome was great, we arrived late due to the address of the property not being correct on booking.com, but received a great welcome with a home cooked dinner and fresh patisserie daily for breakfast. If you are animal friendly, you will get a second welcome from a friendly furry creature called Igor, visiting at his designated hour for a nap on the terrace. We will definitely consider staying there if we get the opportunity to go back.

..so ones that have allergies be ware of many carpets.. breakfast was not really a breakfast but some tasty pastriesthe delivered us by mimo every morning. has no view to the sea or mount rtna we had no cleaning service during the week

.the villa was perfect to our family the kitchen was equipped very well we enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden the beds were very comfortable. the villa is equipped with everything you need. the hosts are very nice they even made ud lunch when we got there on Sunday. if you're a family then this is a place for you . you will probably need a 🚗 this is a quite a remote villa but the secluded villa gives you a genuine quiet you need very much a car since everything is quite far away

The villa was charming and comfortable, with a lovely pool and fruit trees. There were superb views of Mount Etna, especially at night when we could see the lava flows. The peaches that we picked were delicious. The hosts, Mimmo & Sara were delightful and so welcoming.

It was a very warm welcome by the wonderful hosts. Mimmo and Sara went the extra mile to make it a comfortable stay. Sara cooked us a wonderfull meal the evening of arriving and Mimmo brought delicious Sicilian breakfast every morning. Mimmo responds to every question very quick and is always prepared to help or advice. The house is very well equipped with a wonderfull garden and swimmingpool. When you arrive it feels a bit odd, but once inside and in the garden the place is amazing. A rent-car is needed if you want explore the island. This place is perfect for families who like a private place to relax, but also enjoy exploring the Island.

Everything! Its perfect! The Hosts are amazing, they went out of their way to make sure that we had the perfect stay. They brought us a cake to celebrate my Husbands birthday and fresh breakfast every morning. The Villa is beautiful, very very clean and comfortable. I honestly can’t recommend enough! Very nice and cozy villa fully equipped. The rooms and kitchen were big and comfortable the pool was big and clean.the view from the backyard was lovely. The hostess Mimo and Sara were incredibly helpful and the service was outstanding.

Great experience, the villa is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need and more. The owners are friendly and helpful, we had a great time and can only recommend it fully.

Only problem there was was that due to the location of the villa, the Internet was not very strong... Its a perfect opportunity to switch off and relax in all the villa's facilities!

All the facilities were incredibly clean, Sara and Mimmo were incredibly helpful and so nice, the sweets (delivered fresh every morning) were delicous and every amenity which the villa offers is delivered to the client at the highest possible level. All this (and more) partnered with being in Sicily surrounded by beautiful scenery and amazing food, will ensure you'll have a very memorable vacation :) GRAZIE Sara e` Mimmo!

Hosts Sara and Mimo were brilliant, couldn't have asked for more (despite some English/Italian language barriers. Google translate will be your friend here). Breakfast provided from local bakeries was delicious.
