Everything was just wonderful. The location, beautiful gardens, decor in the rooms, warm and friendly welcome from Anna Licia the host of the Villa. Kitchen was fully equipped, which was convenient to prepare all our meals. Bedrooms were spacious and had beautiful view over the gardens. We could chill out in the gardens or by the pool.

Beautiful villa with lots of character. The apartment was immaculate and well appointed. The garden was lovely and a great place to relax with a glass of wine and a good book. Bettolle is perfectly situated in Tuscany for day trips to all the surrounding areas. Annalicia was gracious host and recommended great restaurants in town.

The gardens are endless and fantastic! Also the pool is really nice. The furniture and the art pieces inside the house create a genuine atmosphere of Tuscany and you feel as if you traveled back in time..

Nothing everything was great. Just remember to pack mosquito spray, Tuscany has a lot of mosquitos!

The property is stunning. We were attending a wedding nearby so all the apartments were occupied by our friends, however we still felt we had some privacy in the large garden apartment. The pool is lovely and surrounded by a beautiful garden and comfy deck chairs. We had facilities to cook, and the bed and bathroom were comfy and clean. Anna was friendly and hospitable.

The room decor was a bit tired and outdated - needed an upgrade eg. nicer furniture, rugs on the floor - the host said next time she would give us a better room.

The garden was amazing & our unit, which included a little kitchen, had its own terrace. The room was big with a comfortable bed and heating which we needed as it got chilly in the evening.

The bed was more firm than we are used to, but that is to be expected when traveling.

We had an amazing week at Villa Vignacce! So beautiful and relaxing, and central enough for us to visit all of the places we wanted to in Tuscany. Unfortunately the weather kept us out of the pool, but that gave us a chance to relax inside. The small town of Bettolle had everything we needed as did our apartment by the gardens at the villa.. Thank you Anna - everything was wonderful!

Amazing place to relax and to enjoy with the family! Great attention to every detail - be it a flower in the garden, or small things prepared for breakfast. Truly enjoyed the experience! didn't have chance to use the swimming pool (as it was yet very fresh), but I'm sure kids would love it.

We loved it, our children loved it, both the apartment and the garden. If there is a technical possibility to install air conditioning in the kitchen, then this would be a real improvement. Only the bedroom had it.

It is a charming Tuscan villa, very authentic and beautifully decorated and furnished, beds were very comfortable. Granaio is an apartment to be chosen without or with older children due to the (very accessible) stairs and the fact that one bed is in the entrance room downstairs, next to the desk. The kitchen is big, comfortably equipped. We travelled a lot and stayed in many places as a family - this apartment, the garden and pool amenities were one of the cleanest that we had ever experienced. The villa is perfectly maintained and the garden with pool are simply gorgeous. The host, Anna- Licia, is as described in all the other reviews, motivated to make everyone feel welcomed and the stay unforgettable and pleasant. We appreciated her advice very much. Our son got homemade cookies as a surprise for his birthday. It is a short drive to several Tuscan highlights. Clearly, you need a car to profit from Bettole’s geographic position.

The views of the Villa as well as it’s gardens are simply stunning. Everything is like a real Tuscan dream - the Villa, the surroundings, the peacefulness. There was nothing to complain or dislike about Villa Vignacce.

Villa Vignacce is a truly wonderful place. Located in the heart of Tuscany, so that you can reach all the towns and villages to immerse yourself in "la dolce vita"! Villa Vignacce is a beautifully renovated property with cosy and well-designed appartments, but even more beautiful than the inside of the house are the well kept gardens, park and pool area. You find pine trees, olives, figs and many other trees and the entire garden is a real private oasis with plenty of cosy corners to enjoy your breakfast or read in the shade. But the nicest thing about Villa Vignacce is its hostess Anna! From our arrival to the moment we left Anna has made us feel welcome and at home in her beautiful estate, by being kind and friendly at all times. She was always there to answer questions, help us, and of course to give us tips what we could do -she even brought us some food and snacks to get us started for breakfast. If we could we would give some bonus points for Camillo the cat, who did not leave our side on most days and loved chilling with us by the pool. Dear Anna, thank you (and you small but mighty team) for everything. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back ♥️

Vignacce is a great property with a lovely courtyard garden, large orchard and pool area plus a pine forest. The apartment was spacious and well appointed, clean and comfortable. Our stay was very well hosted by the owner Anna and our earlier than planned arrival was accomodated graciously. It is a short walk into tiny Bettolle, and a short drive to the beautiful hilltown of Cortona. There was a bit of traffic noise from the nearby highway but not enough to prevent a solid sleep in a historic restored room and home.

You will enjoy it!! Fantastic place (quiet, sufficient space, excellent mattresses, very proper etc.) and Annalicia is an excellent host. Geographically, it is ideally located for visits to Umbria and Tuscany.

The biggest disadvantage were mosquitos, but it's not just here. It's something we encountered all over Tuscany in August, usually in the late afternoon. So bring a mosquito spray if visiting in the summer. Luckily, most windows in our apartment had a mosquito net, so it wasn't a problem inside.

If you want to stay in an authentic Tuscan villa, you'll love this place. The owner is very friendly and happy to help with any questions/ recommendations about the area. The rooms are charming and the beds are comfortable. Our apartment (Giardino) had two bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an adjacent shower room/ wc. One room had a double bed, and the other - two single beds, plus a couch which was ok for our 11-year-old (so you can stay here with 5). We loved that you have direct access to the garden, where there are several tables/ chairs, so you can enjoy your meals/drinks outside. The kitchen is ok if you want to cook a small simple meal, but there are also several restaurants nearby for every budget. There is a big fridge, a dishwasher, a water boiler, and I think also a bread toaster. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine, but we didn't have capsules so never used it. The nicest of it all is the beautiful garden and a big pool where our kids spent many happy hours. They also provide pool towels. There are 10 pool chairs, but we hardly ever had other people at the pool at the same time, so there was always plenty of space. Parking was easy and located just behind the corner of the villa.

Not a single negative point from us!

The property is beautiful, well kept and in a great location (Bettolle is reachable by foot, other great places not too far away for exploring the region). The premises are big, spacious and charming, everything is very clean, tasteful and you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is surrounded by olive and fig trees and flowers, the garden is huge and with lots of quiet spots if you just want to chill. In the evenings, fairy lights and little lanterns illuminate the garden beautifully. But the absolute best about this place - the people! Anna Licia, Giovanni, Rodion were always available, helpful, always smiling and kind! You can tell that they really love having people there, and will do everything they can to make sure you are having a great time. Even the cat, Camilo, is super nice and socializes with the guests. We could not have picked a nicer place for our stay! Grazie!

Beautiful paradise place!!! Wonderful apartment. The garden and the swimming pool giving wonderful possibilities to rest. The position of the place very good for trips over Tuscany. You are just in 3 minutes on a highway. The owner wonderful polite and charming Lady. She speaks several languages and takes care of everything. Thanks to Her we visited some wonderful places about which we simply had not known. We (me and my wife) had three weeks of wonderful time. Jealously I would prefer to keep the place only for us :) But frankly we recommend the stay there!!!
