We would liked to have an oven in the appartement. The livingroom was tiny so we at our breakfast in the balcony. Excellent view at the Etna vulcano

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The swimmingpool area Loker very besutiful. We didn’t try it, we went to the sea. Giardini-naxos has a lot of restaurants. The matras of the beds were a bit hard. We liked that.

No that it is the most important but in 2023 you expect wifi in the whole park in stead of going back to 2016 and sit down if needed at reception

The place is old and it needs to be renovated. The room had 2 rooms but only one AC in the bedroom so we had to open the door thus leaving no privacy as it was impossible to sleep in the kitchenette as it was very hot. There are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere.

The pool is nice and the apartment was clean. There is parking near the apartment. The staff is very helpful. Good value for money.

Pool maintenance needs to be a bit better and amenities in the apartment were scarce.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean and kept stocked with towels regularly. Room was a lovely and cool with air control in it.

We had 2 beds, one in a seperate room and the other with the kitchenette, however the second bed was not covered by an air conditioner so sleeping in it was impossible. The only solution was to leave the door between the 2 rooms open to allow the second ac to work. That did not offer much privacy, but otherwise it was impossible to sleep without an air conditioner. Besides the place does not offer a dinner option for children. The only dinner option available was having a starter, main course and a desert which would be too much for children. So we had to dine out every night even when we were out on an excursion and were too tired. A simple children's menu should be offered.

The pool area was really beautiful.

We got offered from Booking as an alternative stay since our was cancelled, it costed 200 euro per night. Walls too thin, you can hear everything from the lady cleaning other apartments next door, neighbors too. Door at the entrance and terrace have poor insulation and they get so hot that they are like heating radiators. Terrace is connected with other apartments, only one metal barrier inbetween. Loud animators and music at the pool.

When I asked for real invoice I got it through the email in 2 days. And the place was very clean

But the worst was the Restaurant we booked a table at 20.30hrs. by 20.45 they run out of food when we told them its still early we were told that they had a lot of customers that was 45 minutes before closing we were served with 3 small portions of fish in which one of the fish was still row, when placing our complaint at the receptionist on Saturday 30/07/2023, time was 21.30 pm just after dinner he promised us that someone from a higher level of the Management will come and speak to us but nobody showed up the 3 room that we were visiting the hotel 146,147,148 we all come from hotel industries and we know what we are talking about, in one word this hotel is not made for other European countries except Italians And on of us he is a TOUR LEADER ORGANIZER .it was our first visit but a big no for us and most special to our CUSTOMERS

Room was clean a quit specious, bathroom to small shower tray. and need a face lift, which regards to the pool nice but the animation team was only entreating the locals. us foreigners we weren't welcome especially on communicating Language barrier.

The bathroom shower is fixed and very near to the wall, it is difficult to take a shower in room number 114, and some more kitchen utencils please.

The place is very nice, very cleen, very near giardini naxos. This was the 6th time i went there with my friends or family. For sure i go again next summer.
