The twin beds were very uncomfortable Pool is closed at the best hours (1pm-3pm) Had to purchase a card to be able to access the areas Beach was not nice and tiny, i recommend staying on the cliffs and take a swim from the ladder instead

Very clean and spacious suite (we did not have any expectations of this), nice patio and loved the fact that each bedroom had it’s own restroom. Nice pool area.

Nice clean comfort house with air-con, equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms under trees and 'private' 2 small camp beaches (sand and rock).only 2 minutes to 25 km long cycling/pedestrian path (line of old rail way) with a 1,5km long tunnel with many restaurants along the coast

The best location in Sanremo, directly on the sea side. our room is clean with good bathroom and toilet---- just like a hotel room in a camping site. The outside sitting area is nice for having easy meal or relax. The parking space is good for our large car. We like the daily cleaning service provided.

The mobilhome/cabin was sold with sea view. But the cabin was on the third row with 2 rows of potential campers in front of you. We were lucky only to have every time a small camper in from of us. Seaview should have been called “camperview” or at least “partial seaview”.

The site was very clean, lots of trees/ green/vegetation. Nice location. At 300 meters walk there is a supermarket 24/7 to buy fresh bread etc. The swimmingpool is very nice. The beach at the camping is very limited.

Even in low season, the property is kept to a high standard. It was quite clean. For those with an electric car, they have a Tesla charger onsite. Also, the food was tasty at their onsite restaurant.

The official pictures are a joke, clearly taken decades ago. It doesn't look like that at all. How it has four stars is a mystery. THIS IS A CAMPGROUND, a TRAILER PARK with cabins for rent (or bring your own RV or tent). But know that this is NOT A HOTEL, it is a CAMPGROUND. In addition, the wi-fi DOES NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN THE OFFICE so you will not have wi-fi in your "cabin." If you are expecting a campground, fine. But the "cabin" they advertise is not some stylish pool house-type building on the grounds of a hotel. It's like a large "luxury" port-a-potty outfitted with a king-size bed, a toilet in a tiny closet on one side of the bed and a shower on the other. Two sinks on the counter next to the bed. The "kitchen" (such as it is) is behind accordion folding doors. They also attach a porch, so it's basically a trailer with a porch. That said, the bed was comfortable and the linens appeared new and were clean. There is a seaview at the end of the little lane cutting through the trailer park, but there's no beach. It's huge rocks and a fence blocking your way, not sand for lounging on the advertised "beachfront".

The beach/seaside surroundings aren't very nice looking even though they are the only aspect that warrants a 4 star rating. However, it's the proximity of the water and not the aesthetic of the coast that is of any value. The biggest issue we had was the complications regarding check out. We wanted to leave early but we had to wait for someone to check the room because "in case we left something behind" (total lie). It was obviously in case something was wrong or the management felt we owed something. But it was terribly inconvenient because we had to leave our car at the front, which we needed to load (we ended up carrying our bags from our two separate suites. Also, the insistance by management to pay 50 euros for a card that would give us access to things that are included in the price. It's an obvious scam to get customers to buy things on site. As a guest I felt constantly taken advantage of. Also, the staff wouldn't take a credit card to pay for the city tax, even after I offered to pay 3 euros instead of two to cover bank charges. Too inconvenient I guess. I would never stay here again, and would never recommend it. Nicest people on the property were the assistant in the office who helped us, and the bar tender. Both hard working and friendly. The managers need to relax. They are under too much pressure to keep costs low and customers can feel it, and resent it. Lastly, the pool is a joke.

Small sand beach.Entrance thru rusty gates.Swimming pool closed early 9.30-13.00 15.00-19.00.For me the best time its early in morning or in evening when its not too warm.

The complex was full of kids that were screaming 24h, it is impossible to rest, even if I confronted parents that were there, the kids would continue to run, throw stuff and scream in front of the bungalows.

The staff was extremely nice and kind, great location and a nice concept.
