Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaAs others have mentioned the restaurant is small, the dinner is extremely expensive and the quality is not so great. Do yourself a favor and walk up the hill to Xanthos for a wonderful meal. This is a resort that caters to families with young children. Lots of activities for kids throughout the day. If you're looking for that, this is your place. If your looking for a romantic getaway, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Kids entertainment lasts until midnight with music and games. You can hear it in your room. They do shut it down right at midnight which is good. Dogs are also allowed inside the restaurant at breakfast.
Great location on a small beach, perfect clear water and views of Stromboli at sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean but dated room. Traditional Italian breakfast included. A great place to take a boat tour of the surrounding beaches. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. An easy walk to other larger beaches.

PolandI do not know how the picture of the beach appearing in booking.com has been taken as in reality it is much smaller and umbrellas are much closer to each other than on the photograph.
For the first time it was extremely difficult to write an opinion about the hotel. Overall, we very much enjoyed staying in this hotel despite the fact that the room itself is very small and more like a 2 star (there is a small kitchen but no table, so you have to go to the balcony to eat anything). Despite that we had wondeful vacations thanks to the people and the beauty of nature - every single person is friendly, especially in the reception and in the bar, the beach is small but beautiful and the sea very clean and warm. It is a small facility but was never crowded - no matter what time you arrive to the beach or the swimming pool, you will always get a free sun bed!
