The road to access the Villaggio San Demetrio is very damaged and it would be good to have some sign to indicate the direction of the place.

What a lovely discovery only 15 min from the airport, perched high on a Sicilian hill overlooking the sea. This is absolutely my new go-to place to get away from the crowded metropolis. Private, modern bungalows, with a far west vibe. Wonderfully kind and charismatic owners. Felt like home right away.

The seaview from your bedroom and veranda is amazing and it's so peaceful. The beds are comfortable, the place is kept spotless and the staff is so friendly. I will definitely come back.

the only thing that we couldn’t stand was the smell of the bathroom, but as they are improving on all the area because it’s a really big place, maybe it will be solved, or maybe it was because they still have some construction to finish.

the location was far from the center as the road are a bit bumpy but it’s a really nice place to stay as the view is quite nice to have. it’s a really woody place, It was really beautiful, and the breakfast which was included was great too.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast as our tea and coffee were tasted salted_ I think it's all a matter of water but even the food you choose from a piece of paper but the taste wasn't pleasant that if we book again our preference is without breakfast.

It was a peaceful stay_we have enjoyed every second _ the views are spectaculars and the place is very quiet with greens surroundings_ so before you arrive at this destination make sure you have bought your needs as there are no shops near by. The staff are very gentle and it is very clean property.

The facilities were excellent (best mattress I had in a very long tim), super clean, and with a nice view towards the sea. Super friendly, welcoming, and motivated staff. Recommend to try their homemade food - the pasta was exceptional.

The road to the location is a bit bumpy as it is a stony road. We had a rental car and we were a bit afraid of taking the road, but in the end, no damage was done to the car. This is not necessarily a dislike, but more of a watch out for future visitors. We would have liked to have a fridge in the room, but the host was most hospitable and kept our beers in the fridge. When she brought them back, she also offered us snacks to go with the drinks. The host knows how to transform a potential minus into a definite plus 👏

We had a very early check-out so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast, but the host offered us a breakfast bag for the next morning that made our queues in the airport so much easier to endure. We really enjoyed the location and we will definitely stay there again in a few years to see how the place turned out and if the number of horses has grown.

I loved the peaceful, tranquil surrounding of palm- and olivetrees. We stayed in a little bungalow, it was spotless clean with comfy beds, more than enough fresh towels, working A/C, little terrace for smoking, and a breathtaking panoramic seaview. We were served breakfast - per request at a very early hour - which we are extremely thankful for! Arrived late and hungry the night before, and when asked for something to eat (really anything would've been OK) we were served a three course meal with local wine and fruit, which was delish and also highly appreciated! So grazie di tutto, noi torneremo :) Just a minor comment, takes nothing away from my evaluation: bathroom could use more hangers, or a shelf to place things on, like toiletries, and a mirror in the room. Thank you.

Being a car enthusiast the road leading to the place was really bad, but it's definitely not the place's fault, other then that I would definitely recommend the place.

The welcome and great service with a smile & site being pet friendly made all the difference in our experience.
