The beds are in a really bad shape, and they do not offer any good sleep. These must be replaced! We expected a nice and cozy restaurant for a four star hotel as this, but instead it is a horrible nozy place that do not offer any delicous food - it is not what you would expect from such a nice hotel, but rather it tastes like pre-made food with a cheap taste.

The hotel is placed directly at a nice little private beach, and the rooms had a nice little terrase.

The AC was not on top. Common areas such as reception and breakfast lounge did not have AC on during my stay. When I arrived my room was not cool. It seemed as a fan was on but wasn't able to get AC cold. I explained it to the receptionist they assured me they'll fix it. Well, it was never fixed. I didn't ask to get a room changed because it never got too hot in it. Don't expect cold rooms though. The quality of sleep was not good. Although beds were comfortable, I was awaken by lots of noise very early in the morning. I still don't know what it was. It seemed like repeatedly drainage noise coming from the bathroom...I can't say exactly what it was. The common areas such as pathways were not their top priorities in cleanness. The pool is small and by pictures it look much bigger. I enjoyed my stay because the pool was never full of people otherwise I wouldn't have been happy. The beach is beautiful but too small for my taste. Reason why I spent My days at the pool.

The staff was superb. They were all helpful and kind. Shout out to the kindness and politeness of the life guard and the bar staff by the pool. The pool was very clean, as well as the rooms. Breakfast was good, with local products and good variety. The landscape was absolutely amazing.

Dogs not allowed to restaurant, dirty garden/playground for kids, playground close to the swimming pool has no protection mat. Room floor was not washed at all.

we stayed in May and a new flooring around the pool was installed …quite noisy & not comfortable with the workers - but I’m sure once finished it’s gorgeous 👌

mosquitos the first night (more than 100 killed that night), and unfunctional air contition (only first day) breakfast was poor, every day the same and every day bad coffe at breakfast and old bread and dry eggs.

Friendly staff, especially Weuz, all of them very helpful and kind. Ladies on the reception were also really effective. Dinners were delicious, really tasty and diverse.

Drink were a bit pricy.

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were recently updated. Contrary to other reviews we read, everything was functional too (air conditioning, hot water, ...). Maybe those were old reviews. Beach access was easy enough. No charge for chairs and sun umbrellas. Golf cart rides at 1 Euro each are available for those who want to avoid the 40 m climb back up to the resort (roadway, not stairs). We booked the breakfast option only, though we booked dinner as well on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The meals were not gastronomical, but they were good and reasonably priced. Eating at the resort made for a relaxing stay.

Kids playground was not well maintained, there were not many options for adults to do any activities, basically you can only swim in Pool or in the sea. Food was great but choices were limited. There were no supermarkets nearby and it was bit expensive if you want to take taxi from the hotel. No option to take any vehicle on rent near the hotel.

Location of the hotel and specially the bar was amazing, right on the beach. Swimming pool was well maintained and equally useful for all ages. Food was very good. Airport transfers were reasonable. Staff was able to resolve any issues with the stay quickly.

We have a large family, so unfortunately we had to split into two rooms to accommodate all of our kids. It would be great to have a larger room option with bunk beds.

This hotel was perfect for our large family. we have five young children and it was awesome to be able to go from the pool to the beach back to the pool then to the playground…our days were filled with fun and laughter and even Mom and Dad got a little relaxation, too.

Very expensive private airport transfer was used to transport a staff family member , moreover this person did never wear a mask.

Breakfast - in the Covid era the guests couldn't serve ourselves, but the hotel didn't manage to find a workable solution and the serving was extremely slow, which resulted in 15min line for water and another 10min line for bread.

The property is on a cliff and you had to walk up and down a winding road . If you wanted a ride up with the go cart you had to pay 1 euro for a staff member to drive you up .

The views were stunning. Pretty place and welcoming staff.
