Location was excellent. Close to everything. Chloe was very helpful with getting our ride to and from the airport. Also the food recommendations were perfect.

Pool was a bit cool but still managed a dip :) a few mosquitoes that took a liking to my feet.

Excellent location, a bit out but not too far to walk everywhere. Citrus trees wherever you look and such beautiful greenery! Left just as the weather turned and lady on the desk, sorry didn't get your name, was superbly helpful giving us the newest italian fashion raincoat a la binbag which we've worn all day walking along in pompei! And sorting a taxi for us :)

Lodge kitchen and bathroom need replacing. Kitchen very basic and old units . No freezer or microwave. Shower worked fine but bathroom really needs modernising. Seats outside lodge were uncomfortable and again very very basic. Shame because the surrounding area to lodge was lovely. Building work on property next door started in the morning at 8 am - to be fair not the sites fault. Watch you don’t get ripped off with a taxi from the site— 19 € to the train station - 5 mins car journey!! We would have walked but a lot of road hasn’t got a pavement and didn’t want to walk to town with suitcases

Breakfast was nice - no hot food available but for 7€ good value. Pleasant, rustic dining area with option for outside eating. Site was pretty and cool and a calm environment after the bustle of Sorrento! Staff were very helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Lodge spotlessly clean with good bed.

No wifi in bungalow. Fridge leaking water. Shower not draining and shower head falls over. Floors dirty.

The cost of breakfast was more than we were originally told on booking. Children couldn’t have fun in the pool. Even a little splash and they were spoken to. Some miserable people sat right on the edge of the pool pulling the face at children trying to have fun. Kitchen was poorly equipped.

Two small suggestions; wine & limoncello glasses! Some dish cloths & washing up liquid.

The cabin was superb - everything we needed. Very clean & comfortable & good shower. The staff could not do enough for us - being helpful & friendly at all times. Our 3am arrival (due to traffic control problems) was met with a kind welcome! The pool was very clean with staff ensuring standards were kept. A lovely sitting area, food & drinks for those who needed to seek shade. The staff were outstanding when a quiet room with wifi was required for an important meeting - very thoughtful and couldn't do enough to facilitate the need.

Mosquitoes but not the hotels fault.

The wooden cabins is set in central location but has a feel of the countryside. Staff are exceptional and very friendly. The property has a pool and bar that stays open until Oct 31st.

The pool was sooooooo cold, still swam in it every day but wow very cold

Location - out of the busy center in the quiet trees but close enough to walk everywhere, cozy bungalows, breakfast and pool side dining was great, they had washer and dryer so you could pack light, front desk was a highlight - they helped book trips, gave us tips and were downright lovely

I would just say that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Nothing big and we were able to sleep comfortably but it could have been cooler.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is just out of this world, they were super friendly, recommended us several places to go, prepared lunch after hours, helped us with absolutely everything.

Mosquitoes

The staff. They were so awesome and helpful day and night. The location was perfect and close to the center.

The Mosquitos were bad. I would recommend for them to have those candles that keep mosquitoes away. Although, if we had asked they probably would have given us some. They were just that good.

All of the Staff was awesome. But I loved Antoniella and Vicenzo the most. That staff at the pool was also amazing. Very helpful and kind. Good people. It felt like home away from home.
